QUOTE (MaxX @ Today at 3:34 PM) | (you should've seen the way the guy who drove my car raced....he was on the verge of braking the shifter, I swear)...
Ideally, I'd love to have a bunch of the regular MTers there a day that he is, so that we can all crowd around him and drive him out of the place... |
hahaha another one who saw the crazy-shifting xD LOL if you want, that'd be interesting. make a 3-4 way race; you, me, gano, and anyone, and then bring a crowd over to the one cabinet with him in it xD. ill need the experience in a race like that, so ill try coming down on the saturday u come. - side note : he said that when you said get off and he continued racing, he didnt hear you tell him to get off This post has been edited by Kot on Jul 28 2008, 04:07 PM

Lol @ MaxX. He's gonna be like the next Terminator, however instead of killing people with guns, he'll be killing "wangstas" with MT3 xD.
I forgot if I said this before, but the 2nd machine on the right needs some gear fixing. Gears 2, 4, and 6 don't respond well. Most of the time it works, but occasionally the bottom gears won't work, especially gear 6. Oh, and I think machine 2 needs a restart or something. I was playing Bennz' ghost on Yoko. Near the beginning, he was keeping to the right, so normally, I'd be pushed to the wall since I'm to his right. However, instead of expecting a crash, my car drove through the wall. The right half of my car was literally within the wall O_o. If anyone knows the p-mall arcade people there, a restart is in order I believe. Another oh, the wheel on machine 2 is a bit off centre, and I always have to adjust my wheel to keep the car straight, but the same thing happens in other machines too.
I saw people shifting like there's no tomorrow as well. AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN PLAYING! And then they jerk the wheel from left to right =.="
How do you guys usually shift? I usually shift from 2 to 5 having my whole hand on the shifter like a fist. Then I just push them into their respective cogs. Then from 5 to 6, I usually just tap it down with my fingers. I find it quicker, and easier on the gearshift. When I go from 6 to 5, I just push it up as lightly as possible. I learned this from watching Initial D and playing Initial D.....
