PD closes at 1 I believe. They have like Power Play Wednesday or something where it's 3 or 4 hours of non-stop gaming for like $25? It was something like that unless they changed it....

Heh, Bennz. I'll help you with the understeering and oversteering xD. I'll create those opportunities for you and you can just like save the car and test the car's limits.

Theres 2 different card types. Ones a time card [ which the wedbesday special is on, also saturday ] and there are cards with credits. To play IDV4, WMMT3 you gotta buy the cards with CREDITS. Or else u jus wasted ur money buying a time card.

7 Credits is for wmmt3. Usually the best thing is 2 buy 120 credits for like 20$ + tax or so.

Sunday to Wednesday, PD closes at 11
Thursday to Saturday PD closes at 1 (I think... not sure about thursday)

MoneyMarv got the credits down pat. There's a special for $30 + tax for a pizza and a small pop, and 180 credits. (a little over $1 per play), but it's better than the 150 credits for $25 (like 1.25 per play or so... estimating)

bennz: you gotta take me around in your car! May I take it for a test spin? (don't worry, I'll be gentle with it)

cocolate: shopping at sq 1 might take you a whole day - it's bigger than your average mall XD. 1 day for wangan, 1 day for shopping?

and since its not bigger than vaughan mills then im sure i can finish and still have time to battle you guys
thats why i said i'll ditch you guys, cause if i were to go to a mall, with lets say bennz, he would slow me down so much LOLOLOL

part 2: interesting day at PD

I don't want to flood the page with a gigantic blurb, so we go back to the usual drill. XD

After a semi-disappointing run at PD yesterday with 10 guys watching but 4 playing with refuse challenge, figured a third time was the charm. Co worker also had 4 games left to hit 820 hp. So we go. Co-worker (call him CW) and I walk in, see the wangan machines. machine 1 and machine 4 are running, machine 2 and 3 are off. At this point, we're starting to regret going to PD. CW notices "other guy" (OG) from before at machine 4 and we say hi. Random guy with 400 hp is on machine 1. We ask what's going on, he says it was off when they got here. We ask who else is here, and he says Sara* WAS there but she left. She may have been there still, but at this point I just gave up. I tell OG we're going to eat, and if he sees Sara*, tell her I said hi. I go by a PD staff and ask why the machines are off - he says they turned it off. I ask if they can turn it back on, he says no. I'm ticked. CW and I redeem our pizza coupons, and we get bamboozled because all the pepperoni pizza slices are gone and we get plain cheese only. Strike 2. We finish and come back, thinking the worst, and Sara* is there - she waves hi to me! I wave back. At this time, OG is off the machine and CW takes machine 4 to finish off story mode. Not being able to take it anymore, I ask OG what's with the machines. OG tells me Sara* was there since 3, and she came in just as they were turning off the machines. After a few mins, being COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY desperate for a wangan fix, I ask OG if we should go to the back and try and turn on the machines. OG reluctantly accepts. We sneak behind the machines, and see they're plugged in. at this point, wtf. Feeling away in the dark, we figure out there's a switch and we turn on machines 2 and 3. We turn them on. We go back to the front, they boot up but won't start because all 4 machines won't link together and won't get past the boot up stage. OG and I tell CW and Sara* to not continue so we can restart the machines. They don't continue. OG and I go back and turn all the machines off and turn it back on on the count of 3. I already turned off the machines on my side. 1, 2, 3, I turned the machines on. It turns out that OG turned the machines off on that count. Oops! Restart, 1,2,3 we finally turn them back on. Machines re-start, and they all link. All starts up fine. Machine 2 still has no force feedback, and TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, it accepts 2 "coins/credits" to play instead of the usual 1 like the rest of the machines. It was apparently better than the 14 that Sara* said it was set to before. Machine 3 still screen-glitches like a mother on osaka and the first part of hakone inbound. I run a few ghost runs to test out machine 3, and it works fine on yoko, new line and c1. At this point, CW finally hits 820 hp (yay for him). At this point, Sara* was leaving. I didn't notice, but she actually went out of her way to yell out bye and wave at me. (UBER YAY! ) She leaves, machine 1 is open, so OG, CW and I take a 3 way race. (great race with OG, poor CW is still rather new so he didn't know the track stoo well) We go a couple of races and PD closes so they stop accepting credits. End of the day, OG turns out he had to go to the bathroom the whole night and was holding it in (poor guy), and we split.

In a nutshell, some good accomplishments today.

1) Saw Sara* and OG
2) Managed to fix the machines with OG (feeling so proud, and all this with Sara* watching). Somewhat. We've graduated to the level of PD techs, since all they know to do is to turn machines on and off. XD
3) Co worker's car hit 820 HP
4) Great races with "other guy".

I feel so proud. Only regret is I wasn't able to talk to Sara* more because she was teaching a few guys to tune their cars. Guess everyone can tell where my priorities are.

What car you testing out?

Sq1 and Vaughn Mills might be more or less the same size, but I prefer Sq1 even though I don't like shopping. I find Vaughn Mills boring.

I thought PD closed late on Wednesday cus of that Wednesday special thing. Guess I was wrong lol. And I hate how the time cards won't work =P

@Blues. According to your very interesting posts, I believe you have a crush on Sara? Or am I wrong?

you prefer sq 1... because of the eye candy?

PD doesn't close late on wednesday - it's usually dead even with the specials. And I have no opinion on the interesting posts.
