i dont see why games have to be so expensive here, the arcades would make more money if the games were cheaper because alot more people would play...all my freinds stopped playing cuz its too damn expensive to continue arcade games

i aggree wit u there, or after like a certain amount of games in the 1 sitting, e.g 30 it shulkd be $0.50 cents a game or something like that

well BG4 at my local arcade is $2 per play $1 to continue
but they still even have initial d 2 for $2 which is pretty pathetic...games been out for many years now...then they have mt3 right next to it
before mt3 came out here everyone still played initial d 2, but now theres a brand new machine of mt3 right next to it why waste $2 on a older game when u can play a newer one for the same price, if they made it cheaper ppl would still play both games instead of just mt3 and theyd make more money

Arcade owners have no merchandising experience it seems... Maybe someone whould send an e-mail informing them of some marketing idea's to re-populate the arcades again...

you guys having to pay $5 for a new card? cos sydney got this GREAT idea that since Wangan 3 came out almost the same time as Initial D 4, and Initial was already $5 a card and quite popular.. lets go make Wangan 3 $5 a card as well.. however i noticed that overseas card price is same as a play price.. is it same across Australia or just Sydney come up with great ideas?

when i renewed my card at galaxy world a while while ago, it said insert 5 coins / tokens

1 token = 50c

5 token = $2.50

i dunno bout now, i hardly play, the timezone in my area closed down months ago....

but to actually bring it down to $1.40 you would have to probably get $50 tokens...not everyone is willing to throw that much at a game in 1 session
and not every arcade has tokens or has the token deals, galaxy world in sydney doesnt do token deals and timezone doesnt use tokens for there racing games
