Hi Sydneysiders, please keep a look out for a WMMT3 card named Shuri, black GTR-32 with 100+ stars on it. Around 4k mileage as well. If found please PM me tq.

All I did was switch from the Rays GT-M to the Enkei RC-T4s. The difference was dramatic...so fast!

They should be at Lv 34...but I found the following is true though for most of the rims...

Enkeis are usually very fast and stable. Weakness is that they are light which makes it harder for the car to ram. But brilliant for TAs.
Watanabes are usually crap entering a corner but great exiting. The last Watanabe rims increases the deceleration but makes it up in the exiting acceleration.
Rays have much heavier and cannot maintain speed through the corners. but it helps a little with ramming.
Yokohamas are similar to the Enkeis but aren't that stable. So you need to countersteer a little bit...

@roxas3

Wew that was sick dude... You should teach me how to play in Wangan =P
Too bad my friend was STARVING earlier today so he asked me to go and buy some food =_=" so that I leaved... I still wanna see you play Wangan.. Wanna get the tricks on how to get the best lines in Wangan.. T_T

Btw,
My Z33 is using the ENKEI RPF-1 rims.. Is the model have any effects on the handling as well?

Like the ENKEI RCT-4 and the RPF-1.. Is there any difference on handling between those two models?

Ahahaha, food > Max Tune. That's sort of true tongue.gif

Anyway, there isn't too much of a difference between this set of Enkeis and as well as the RPF-1 rims. I've tried both sets of rims before and the difference is very VERY minor. But since I was using the Rays, the difference was immense. Because of that, I could actually hit 4'01'6XX if I refine CP1 and as well as CP4...

Nearly broke the record again today...must be something in the water...anyway, hit 4'01'790 on marbleberry's Z33.

Think I might be able to get 4'01'6XX if I do what I did for CP3 and CP4...

My God.. roxas3 you're so pro in Wangan..

I should study more from you again.. I might be practicing my Wangan lines again tomorrow after class. But because of my father is coming from Indonesia for a short visit, so I can't play as much as I usually do..

Btw, uploaded your record in Wangan, and when I looked up @ the records :

Frigging hell, Deffy. I'm not butt-raping your records...still haven't gotten into 4'01'6XX yet...

Anyway, when I was playing marbleberry's Z33, I managed to pick up certain areas I can improve on, especially CP1, CP3 and as well the last CP. If I did CP 1 and CP2 points I did for my 4'01'789 run and adding in CP3 and CP4 points on marbleberry's Z33, then technically, I can easily hit 4'01'6XX if I try...

But yeah, marbleberry, just practice what I told you today. Get close to the wall and get that line. If you hit, you know that you don't need to turn in that much. Thay way, you'll improve. It took me a lot of tries before I was able to beat Deffy's original time down here. Though it took heaps of practice before I can finally start to match Deffy's time here tongue.gif

@roxas3

Might try TAing again tomorrow at MC. Might be at MC at around 1PM.
EVE will come and play as well. I think he might take his C1 and OSAKA crown back from the guy that works at Reading Cinemas (the one using the RXXX7 FD3S).

Ahaha, I see. Anyway, about the kit you said in the Indo thread, Aero Kit C is actually the Nismo Aero Kit for the 350Z...

Out of all the kits, I think this matches what the 350Z is anyway. The other kits looks rubbish.

Also, learn where to shift as well. When I did that record on your car, I misshifted on one of the points. You should know where it is if you've seen me to do it...

Hi there Tiramisu, where do you usually play? Galaxy World MC or GS? Or Vertigo at Darling Harbour?

Usually, I'll be in Galaxy World MC most of the time anyway. There are a couple more Sydney MT3 players usually at MC or GS.

I barely play Wangan West, I'm at 4'01'6 after a few times playing...which isn't fast, but I do have some tips for you guys.:

For wangan west, CP4 is the hardest to do.

After the sharp left turn in CP4, there is a right turn. If you use out-in-out for that turn, it results in a slower time. Taking a middle line would be faster.

OSFwin from this forum released a video for Wangan West, Z33 in 3PV which I find really helpful, if you haven't seen it before it's here: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=z96CI2aWvYs

Pay extra attention at how he does CP4...he does it very well.
