Maybe cosmetic damage. The problem with damage that affects performance or handling is sometimes the arcade hardware already does that itself just from being poorly maintained.

I vote no also and I totally agree with hanzel2m Hiace would just dominate and every match would turn into a ramfest even on Wangan and it would turn off new players since if they can't drive, they would be hitting the wall alot and totalling there car....
