i hate wmr

i want to kill whoever sets wmr as bgm...,

has anyone heard the initial d soundtracks? They're just as catchy as the MT ones lol

Definitely...stream of tears, SOT remixed, Holy Land Anthem and Last Utopia keeps me ice cold, picking great lines between dividers, opponents, traffic, and opponents in traffic . That's how I usually win races, relaxed and yet focused.

I have mp3s of the soundtrack and it gets me to drive a bit faster when I'm driving a real car...

me too!!! inexhaustible energy makes my foot heavy... such a "gas guzzling" track

Whenever "Love to Rise in the Summer Morning" is playing, i own at every course thats playing that BGM!!!! Like i own at Osaka when Summer Morning is playing by like 10-15m!!

But when i hear something i dont like (Supreme Folly), i play really nooby and get owned by like 300m (in all out)

for me it's always phantom of blue and feel the moment! if i like to toy the enemy which i don't usually do my BGM is black pressure because my cars are all black

i thought the bgm have little effect on me, so i burn the OST into my cd put into my car and go for a little drive and here goes first soundtrack........ Freedom is invsible......... , looks at my speedo ..... whaaaa i'm doing 65 in 25 mile zone. holyshhhhi......

Reina's theme gets me fired up!

And then some forum noob will make another thread just like this one and people will complain there's already a thread like this... I'd rather people necroed than remaking threads

everyone uses MT music to study to in my grade now after mass circulation.

i guess it makes you more focused..

I enjoy the music of max tune..

But as for effect, it doesnt really effect me lol..

Although, metal and such make me wanna ramm batle lol

TA: NO BGM
Battle: The most annoying song ever. upbeat gas junkie. woot

Few of 1's OST were good, but most of 2 & 3 were great. As for the most annoying, I say "Cause You're Different", "Love to Rise in the Summer Morning", and "Feel the Moment" after enough plays. And screw that one quote - silence in WMMT is kinda unnerving, better focus or not.

Can't pick certain tracks put me on edge (more focused?) or zone me out (relaxed).:

• Relax: "Blue Blazes / Phantom of Blue", "Destination Blackout"
• Focus: "Akio's Theme", "Black Pressure / Ghost in the Resonance", "Control Your Body", "Decor for the Dement", "Get You Cornered / Total Terror"

--The following fell into a grey area: "In Your Dream / Maximum Acceleration", "Inexhaustible Energy / Smoldery Guest"

I chose these because I prefer the night races, and I think these tracks fit anywhere anytime. Anything left out was either unliked or I found it unhelpful.

My driving style in MT3 and MT2 is no different from each other. I like the entire sound tracks for each game, and I tend to put in the MT3 sound track when I am on the freeway. Gods know that I have been saved by that thing, since it makes me focus more on the road.

when its TA, i usually chose any of these songs, but when its battles its different, depends on my mood lol.

"Get You Cornered" gets me pumped but like also relaxed and in a way more agressive like blocking not ramming at the same time during battles. kind of like takumi form ID lol

"Love to Rise in the Summer Morning" gets me pumped too, but it also keeps me cool and totally relaxed while in TA or battle.

"Wanna Try One Last Time" would have the same effect as "Love to Rise in the Summer Morning" but it makes me a lil more agreesive.

"Feel the Moment" just keeps me completly cool and relaxed, not agressive at all. mainly used during TA or friendly battle

I really like to listen to all of them. The only time I don't listen to the bgm is during TA runs. One day I turned off the BGM during a TA and I realized that I concentrate more on driving the course. That's the day I received my first 3'49"XXX on Osaka

i like "Love to Rise In The Summer Morning"

I mostly like trance songs. Meaning songs like Stream of Tears, Control Your Body, Wanna Try One Last Time, Ghost in the Resonance and Love to Rise in Summer Morning (both are my tunes for Hakone) are on the list.

As for the Wangan Midnight R soundtrack, I've not heard a lot.

So far, I've only liked Reina's Theme (sounds like an orchestra) and Kijima's theme (it's like relaxing Jazz and fusion) and Rival's Theme (sound like a James Bond song)...... but of course nothing beats Eiji's Theme!!! (best Wangan Midnight R song for use in Osaka haha).

Unfortunately, I'm not digging with the rest of the songs on this soundtrack so far. I mean, Kei's theme is just so-so (this is not Mario Party) while Kuroki's theme sucks. R200club theme makes me want to sleep. I guess mostly because there are some songs in this soundtrack that are old-school or lame ("badoy" in my native language) for my tastes

And my god, I hate Masaki's theme. That song made my brain melt so bad that I had way too many bumps in Osaka than usual. Had like 100+ advantage over me.

Anyways, this is just my two cents.
