whoops i nvr see ur wangan line de den i go put bnr32. paiseh. minus one from bnr 32 and put it to supra! although mine's only 600hp

R32 is better than an R34 because it's lighter. Even though my best car IS an R34, it's not as good as the R32.

R34's are heavier than R32's.

I started my Yokohane Upward Time Attacks with my R34. When I got down to 2'58''821, I used my R32 to do the rest of my times... I'm now on 2'58''800.

Wangan and NBC for me. Also the same courses where I hold 2 crowns at AI. I'd like to also point out something maybe some racers may not be aware of while racing ghost mode. My experiences that I'm about to explain came from racing the Wangan course, the one thats pretty much a straight away.

When I first started racing against the top ghost on this course I came in 30 meters behind him after a couple more try's I was able to get that down to ten meters and then to five. But I could never get around him because there just weren't enough turns. But I stayed persistent and kept racing them. Then I went to race them on probably my tenth to 15th attempt I mis shifted at the beginning and fell back 70 meters then I recovered that and won the race.wtf? Then In my state of confusion I decided to race against myself and won easily by 80 meters and this was by no means my best run.

On a previous thread I stated that I thought your car gradually gets faster as you race the ghost I now believe that your car is actually acquiring more and more boost the more that you race them.

Any thoughts....

no, the top ghosts slow down gradually as more and more people challenge and lose to it.

z33 has the highest? i though it was the Toyota Hi Ace that has the highest top speed? hmmmm... i should start pm'ing you guys to know more. hahaha just kidding, i think i should start comparing top speeds myself.

From what I know the Z33, Supra (A80), R34, R33 and SVX all hit the same top speed. HiAce can hit 348 for a spit second, but its so slow off the line and has such crappy forward speed that it wouldn't make much of a difference XD. Wangan Line wise, Z33 just seems to be able to edge every other car out.

the hi-ace has technically the highest top-speed because of it's weight.

However, this speed is not maintainable in the least, whereas other cars with slighly lower "top speeds" (like 2km less), can maintain that top speed on a straight.

"Top speed" in racing is irrelevant if it can't be maintained. What matters is maintainable top speed, and how long it takes the car to get there.

well what actually happens is the top ghost does indeed slow down

so yeah, i was wrong...it's not called boost on.

but it's same thing really, you still catch up to the top ghost.

I think Supra. Because supra is the best wangan cars after Z33. Dunno about Alcyone,Hiace,or Aristo.

But if handling is prioritized.BNR32 is best.

For Some reason, Why the trusty RX-7 Type R Bathurst R FD3S is not a candidate of this poll??????

Isn't the RX-7 good for Wangan or something???

Way too slow, and accel is not as good as top-tier cars.

there isn't a best car in maximum tune , but probably the best well rounded car and noob friendly car is the lan evo eight .

Wrong, Evo 8 was good in MT3..

In DX, Evo 9 is the most balanced per say.

If you want Wangan crown, then get a Z34...DUH

if you want to know what the best car on a course is look at IR.

you will see almost nothing other then Z34 and Supra for Wangan Line.

i really cant believe people even voted for evos and rx8s r34s
(i am going to assume that the people who voted R2 were joking.)

I'd say Z33 since the car itself is very good on straight courses , so basically the car is pretty fast on straight ways , but it slides a lot on turns and wangan doesn't have much turns just a few at the end , and it won't slide enough for you to screw up those turns , so yeah . x)

I'd say BEST is Supra JZA80 since thats my car ^.^
