QUOTE (kyril @ Today at 1:06 PM) | @RB33: lol i'm not 100% lucky with that room with a balcony of mine on the 4th floor. although it still has a comfort room, the inside is just plain and simple only with my bed, a large TV and an electric fan. |
Well, there's no problem with that as far as I'm concerned. Damn, that balcony looks quite comfy... @ken_r34 ok... that narrows it down some...

What makes it even more amazing is i took it myself using a stack of books balanced precariously on a chair and a timer. xD

QUOTE (Midnight Star @ Today at 6:23 PM) | Oh so no luck getting that AWD conversion so far?
BTW... now that I look back... he said he had a friend who specialised in Talon 4wd conversions. Was that you lol? |
Nope. It's a different guy, and he's absolutely insane when it comes to this stuff.
He's the owner of the fully E3 converted Mirage I mentioned, he's currently got plans to build an E6.5 (Tommi Mak), and was the first guy to do an AWD swap into an Eclipse Spyder. However, with the Spyder, a shop finished theirs about a month after his, and claimed first, and he gave up fighting over it.

QUOTE (cmspaz @ Today at 2:40 PM) | It's called getting used to it. If you can stand rush hour in a car with an A/C delete, you can live without it.
But the A/C does get run during the summer, and it sure as hell isn't cheap here, either. But on the flip side, there's the gas bill for heating in the winters. so no matter how you slice it, there's no real break. |
mind, u where he stays the a/c is pretty much on 24/7
damn humidity

@cmspaz Don't worry, I'm used to the weather over here... but if I'm given a choice (and if we can afford the ballistic electricity bill), we'd leave the a/c on 24/7... @Dare Well, that pretty much sums up the weather over here on my side of the planet... though the temperature does go down some during the rainy (June-August) and "Ber" months (September - December)... Then again, when the rain isn't around or when its summer time, unless you're at the beach or up in one of the cooler mountain provinces, you're in for some very humid days... Note: During the rainy season, we also pay price of having a cooler temperature by having flooded streets in certain areas and the occassional flying roof tops and falling billboards when the storm winds get too strong...
