Just saw you getting the accessories, so I was curious, I bought it for my kit lenses, and was looking into getting one for my 10-22mm, they bring out a bit more color in shots.

@ken: im getting the tab cuz it comes with a pen & its more functional this way for me as i realize now that i might need to design stuff (which something unexpected), also im not a big tablet guy (my dad has one but he rarely use it & i barely like it)

@nato: note II is at least 700usd & it DOES NOT come with google play just to let you know

Bought this tripod for $40. At least the legs of it are thicker than the last one I had (Targus). I'm hoping to get some use out of it tomorrow morning and in the future.

On a side note, I went to Walmart first to look at tripods, and the guy shows me what is supposedly a tripod. I ask him if it should work for my Canon and he said 99.9% chance it will. So I go on and get the thing. After I get home, I realize it's an easel...a f**king easel. I was so pissed.

So, I went back to Best Buy this time, and while the guy was helping me pick one out, I told him the story and he got a kick out of it.

Yup, that's just about it lol. The main purpose was to build a system cheap enough for 3rd world countries to use and run. They're powered by a usb micro cable...A lot of people have been pairing them up with arduinos to create some crazy projects.

The mini laptops, aka netbooks were invented right after they made the rolling laptops, aka rolling bars powered laptops for third world countries...

@Hero: How is it really? I was thinking about doing some mobile game dev, pretty sure I'm going to stick with android but I've never played around with a Windows phone. I've owned two Iphones(the original[1st gen] and the 3gs), and one android (Samsung Galaxy SII). I've heard that the older Windows phones were absolutely terrible.

(Asking for serious reply lol, can you compare it to something else you've owned)?

Old window os is full of crap, I have tried the Nokia window phone (1st gen) & TBH it wasn't so great (maybe I'm not use to Windows) as find it lacking a bit of thing

As well as the cpu Rom is quite weak in a way , so I stuck with android as it was cheaper

Well, this phone really impressed me alot. Great battery life compare to SGN and SGII
I'm really into Andriod but i want to try it out window phone for while to see something different.

It's really smooth, no lag at all, simple design in menus....similar to iphone.

yeah old window is terrible and i don't use it much, i rather Window 8 with Nokia 920..it's MUCH better than Nokia 900 or less.

Nokia Apps is few than apples and android but still new will take a time to make more apps anyway.


N643, well all window is terrible and Nokia 920 is much better than all window phone imo.

I just got a new Megabyte mobo, a 600 watt PSU, and finally, an AMD Athlon II X3 450.

Still missing a 4GB RAM and an IBM to SATA adapter for my DVD Drive before I can reformat and reinstall Windows to see if everything's working.

Well I might try it out next

iPad Mini 16GB wifi, black, $329. I placed an order on a white 32GB but I had to go Best Buy today because they input the order info wrong. Now, it won't be here before Christmas, but the assistant manager told me that I should "at least get something before Christmas", and was able to get me this one today, and even told me once it gets here I have the option to either keep it or bring it back and exchange it and pay $100 for the price difference between the 16GB and 32GB models.

Afterwards, I went to Gamestop and picked this up for $10.


I also picked up a new 1:18 on eBay for $40. Schumi's F2004 with added Marlboro livery.
