It's ironic that you say this because here in SoCal,
in the city of Puente Hills, Tilt closed up because of lack
of business. And because they can't seem to understand
that if they would have dropped WMMT3 from $1 to 50
cents, more business would have came in. We are short
when it comes to cheap places for WMMT3, and those who
do have WMMT3 for 50 cents only allow quarters. It's cheaper
to get token deals, and this is why the WMMT3 scene here
is dead and people rather go to AI & Round 1 for WMMT3DX+
or Super for WMMT3DX.

Tilt is gone now and Round 1 opened up. Who knows maybe
the same fate awaits NorCal. :B

Tilt here is soo badly kept and whatnot and the staff i give them a 5 out of 10
and yeah its expensive the only game worth playing is tekken 6 and SSF4

^ agree. They used to have ID4 and it was gone until I went to SFSU and found it there along with WMMT3. It was closer to my house, at westlake. Also just 75 cents to play in quarters rather than in tokens for a dollar. It still sucks they took down D4 and replace it with D3. I wish more pro ppl were at state to play

Really? Man I wish i couldve gone there sooner. I kinda got bored of D since WMMT3 came. I was thinking if they took down D4, they should put 2 more WMMT3 or upgrade to DX or DX+ instead. Just some ppl were playing D4.....rarely

when id4 came i switched to it cause im originally an ID player LOL

Not me, only WMMT3. Oh yeah, i have been playing since WMMT1 then WMMT2, so 6 years? Right now, i havent have my hands on a 3DX/3DX+ Machine. I wish i can....so badly

Do you at least ask around why the software
upgrade stopped at WMMT3? This might be a dumb
question since i may know the answer.

Here, those who have WMMT3 for $1 and don't
upgrade are those who are trying to make their
money back from software purchases.

It's stupid here in one arcade in particular who
has WMMT3 for $1, no tokens, no racers and bought
4 cabs that never get used......right down the street
from where i live. The racing game scene there is
dead because the owners refuse to drop prices.
Others with WMMT3 at $1 have the same issue but
are not stuck with 4 cabs.

Metreon has 4 cabinets but only have 2 working. They wont be fixing the other two for a while. The price pr play is $1 and wont be dropping the prices. The people that work at tilt said they have no money and had to spend a lot to get those cabinets and now they wont even fix them. Also they said if they were to upgrade, the price per play would be $2 or something which is gay.

cards on WMMT3DX+ at AI for the same
prices as Super who still has WMMT3DX
Version C.

I don't know how popular the renames are in
NorCal but in SoCal the only reason we now transfer
WMMT3 10,001+ km renames to WMMT3DX Ver. C
is to avoid having WMMT3DX+ reset outrageous
mileage back to 10,000km from WMMT3 10,001+
km cards.

renames are in high demand for the ppl who are scrubs, but even i get renames. jst the HEI wit the full dress from mt3. good times making those from scratch
