You wanna spare some for me? My cache of MT2 discards got stolen along with my bag of gadgets a few weeks ago; I need the cards for data-backup purposes. I might give you an MT4 discard in exchange (just let me hit 60 games first hahahaha)

It's the new (and slightly more expensive/time consuming) way to get discards/present cards now unless you get it off a friend from the same country.

well... PMCD confirmed that he's able to use his PHL card at HGK so I think the region lock only applies between Jap & Int'l versions obviously. I could be wrong though.
