we're broke up last week......2.5 yrs - failed

Precisely why I'm single. That's 2.5 years wasted, and all the money, time, and emotions invested as well. Not worth it for that kinda time unless there's a knot involved.

I might start looking again when the car's done, but who knows.

there! haha : )

Oooh nice nice. She's pretty pretty haha. =)

So I'm really slow, and a few months back we all went to Jack Astors for a friend's birthday. The girl that I think I like right now, she was talking to our friends and she said to them that she doesn't mind going out with me. Keep in mind I wasn't in the convo and I randomly got dragged into it because she said that. Was I suppose to take note of that or something?

Everytime I call her...the talk is fairly short...and sometimes she talks really quietly...*sigh* I suck.

Do you even have to ask if that's a hint? It's a more of a verbal slap in the face.

The fact that you said it was a few months back probably makes it moot to even bring it up, the fact that you didn't act has probably made her move on. Good one, champ.

I'm necroposting this MFer for great justice... Because this didn't belong anywhere else.

Just wanted to take the time to say that if a girl practically hijacks a co-worker to tend to your incapacitated ass, when she finds out you're suffering from a mild case of meningitis aggravated by toxic shock, are seizing in bed, vomiting and probably need to be hospitalized (interpret- refused hospitalization) to make it through the night; it was probably the right decision to ask her to marry you. My roommates also made me rice porridge. Such good houselords I have happy happy.gif . I'm happy to say I made it through without hospitalization and I'm back at work wink2.gif .

Thank you J^2. wub.gif

Lmao, go work out then.

Funny how this topic came up here, I just broke up with my girlfriend of nearly 1 year. Things went very very very sour after the first few months, the rest was just a struggle to keep things going and trying to be together. Going to go clubbing on Friday to try and stop thinking about her. [corny] All I hope is that she moves on and finds someone that was meant to be with her sooner than I will, I just want her to be happy..

Lol, from what my female friend told me, girls go for guys who are nice rather than good looking, if a girl goes for looks instead of personality then that just pretty much means shes a slut.

Ahh... love relationships... I've been going out with this tykebomb (not really though, she looks young; already 17 when i first go out with her) for close to 7 years now. Sure we had our rugged trails, rather heavy fighting and such. But i love her very much. She's now being treated at her hometown for her mental afflictions (she had them before we became an item). It's been almost a year now since i held her in my arms.

I miss her so much.

Well, Dont be sad, a relationship is like a car, you have to take care of the car so that it wont break down on you.. I, myself, has gotten into abit of a sticky situation.... Its a long story and i would post it if someone is interested in knowing...

Adding good looks to your resume definitely won't hurt you... besides, even if you don't get a girl while having you're good looks, you'll still feel way more comfortable and confident about yourself happy.gif

@hkazn
Congrats on your girl. Good choice thumbsup.gif

As for me, I've been single for more than a year now and I'm currently loving it. Sure, Christmas will be a bit lonely without having some special to be with and I must admit that I do miss having someone hug me from time to time but...

The way things are going for me now, busy with work and all that, not to mention that I get to save a lot of time and cash and that I get to do my stuff without worrying what my significant other will be saying or thinking, I can't really complain.

Besides, I've been hearing the words "You don't have time for me anymore" or "I'm not your priority anymore" from my own family lately. I don't need to super-size the experience...

Good guys are hard to find, Good as in the willingness to take a bullet for a girl and keep her feeling safe n warm... Are you seriously willing to step up infront of a bullet for your girl?
