I guess thats something you risk when doing that stuff. Like you said, no different from taking your car to the track.

Good post though, answered some questions I may have had about cameras.

What Im looking for is something I can slip in my pocket easily,has a quick zoom (one thing I hate about my camera on my phone),something that takes pics around the size of what was previously mentioned,something thats semi-durable,like my dads Nikon (read below),and something thats good at taking pics of moving objects
Im really not looking to become a better photographer now,but maybe a few years down the road,I will
All I do now is take car pics anyway,lol,but Im considering taking pics for next years State Fair,since I saw a photography exhibit when I went 2wks ago

My dad has a Nikon himself,and he let me use it.I liked it,but the zoom knob on it kept getting stuck (since hes had it for a few years),its too big for my pocket since it takes 2 AAs,and the size wasnt too great (640x480),but it had good quality
My phone camera is a good camera when it isnt zoomed in,at 2.0MP (and the size is great too,at 1600x1200)

If you need another zoomed image,take a look at the silver E60 M5 i posted here the other day

And you were close on geussing the MP for the Casio,its 8.1MP

Well, as I said, I'm not one for point and shoots, but I'd say look at either the Canon Powershot or the Nikon Coolpix series and see what you can find. The Powershot looks like a better camera spec-wise, but I've never used either so I couldn't tell you. The best thing you can do for a camera at that level is get something that you find easy enough to use and change settings on.

That's what happens when you have a deceivingly invincible car and a driver who has no idea what they're doing.

Not to mention tire feedback is probably so dulled in that car that it's hard to tell what it's doing.

I agree, but I havent driven one to really tell if its like that.

The black z31 that says CFT across the top of the windshield has about 850hp and the other very clean Black z31 has about 240hp but is a real show car.
