Sorry but people should be scared to post claims they can't back up. It compromises the integrity of this place if you can just say anything and get away with it. Even if this person is female; if a male were to post in the same roundabout way, we'd still question the validity of their claim especially when all we have is a bunch of pics, unverified info, bad typing, and the fact that no one else on the board claims to know this person.

Ok, back on topic I guess...


So far these old pics are some of the best I've got, from the era before I got a digital camera. Its not the Z, and both are from like '01-'03, somewhere in there. I just dug them out of a drawer a few days ago, and along with it were a bunch of B&W's from one of the New York auto shows at around the same time, may post them later. Note the stock wheels, stock ride height.... snow tires..... Still, its the most advanced and comfortable car I've ever driven, just not the best handling. Who knows where it is now... If I can get a hold of my cousin maybe he can find the vid we made of it going up to 154mph, or the other one of me being a stupid teen and doing "cool stuff" (basically a series of weak burnouts in a beach parkinglot, LOL).


I don't have ANY good pics of the Z yet... but hopefully this picture will hint at future awesome and not an exercise in failure.

Now, back to automotive pics. I feel kinda ridiculous doing this, but I don't have a scanner... so I'm taking photos of my B&W photos in order to upload them. Here they are, and they're not even the good ones I took (can't find them yet). All were taken at the NYC Auto show somewhere between '01 and '03, but I don't remember.

These are back when the Rx-8 was the new hot thing. Cool little Renesis engine display, not only did it spin, but the front cover also slid up and down to reveal it as it moved.





Other than the fact that there's a Landrover in the background, I can't give much info on what's in the middle, other than one is an AM DB7. Why'd I end up finding the bad photos... I wanted to post the one of Cadillac's *new* OMGWTFWENEEDABIGGERBOAT monster V12 powered car... You know, the one where some of the cylinders shut off to conserve gas, LOL.

What the hell... I can flip the Rx-8 image as many times as I want, but it won't stay upright!! Oh well.... its crap anyways...
