Whoever owned that SLS AMG on your last pic, Antares... I think he's the same owner who dined once at our private restaurant; my workmate told me. He shown me a pic and I wasn't there TAT. I'm not kidding.

The other SLS from the Turbo Zone looked nearly identical to that you were referring to...could it be that both cars were owned by that person?

So...here's the lowdown on this picture. On Sunday, Boardwalk Ferrari/Maserati (my local Ferrari dealer) hosted a special photoshoot with a special 599 that's touring the US. The 599 has a special wrap commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Ferrari Club of America. My area had it for the weekend, and I believe it has already left for Austin for the F1 race.

I was lucky and got invited to help cover this event. As we were finishing up, rain started to settle in, so we had to hurry and get the cars into the garage. They slowly came in, and for awhile, only one light was on in the garage, a small light in the back. The first cars to come in were of course the most collectable ones there...an F40, 575 Superamerica, and a 550 Barchetta. And...somebody let me use their tripod for a few shots.



Overall, I'm very pleased with how this one came out. I know one thing that's going on my Christmas list.

Dino 206SP, car number 026. Participated in the Sebring 12 Hours in '67, then burnt to ashes in practice for the Nurburgring 1000km a few months later. It was completely rebuilt using spare parts. Now, it's worth millions.




McLaren M16, raced by Johnny Rutherford in the 1975 Indy 500, where he finished 2nd.

bought a house with this 5 feet from my driveway, took off my front lip and still no go hahaha



also bugs, not chips and scratches.

finally, a decent sized garage after 2 years.

Older shot that originally didn't make the cut to be edited...but I decided to give it a go yesterday.

Also, this 3-series was pretty sick...the owner put about 20k worth of upgrades under the hood.
