About transferring:

A: You will get 820hp when you transfer, so you have to do the additional 20 stages to get 825hp.

Q: What stage are we on when we transfer our cards?

A: It depends what story loop you are on.

If you have a #2 printed on your MT3 card, you will start on stage 181
If you have a #3 printed on your MT3 card, you will start on stage 281
If you have a #4 printed on your MT3 card, you will start on stage 381
..and so on.

Q: Do I get the racing tachometer if I transfer my unshaded car that I made in WMMT3 to WMMT3DX?

A. No. The only posible way is by transferring a car in MT3 that already has the racing meter. In order to do this, you have to you have to get it from an MT2 unshaded card. So, there will not ba a racing meter for Evo IX, R2, etc...

Story Mode:

Q: How fast are the CPU in MT3DX?

A: CPU are faster (speed, always around 0-20m advantage) but you can push them easier than in WMMT3. There are too many Namco cars now so you have to take care... Some Japanese players claim that the difficulty is relatively the same as the level in WMMT2

Q: What is new in MT3DX story mode?

A: You can now choose between midnight and the day + the BGM =)

Q: How do I get the new special meter?

A: When you transfer your MT3 card to DX (shaded or unshaded) it will be automatically unshaded, and you'll only get the special meter after finishing the 20last stages without losing.

A: There is a New anti-copy system featured in MT3DX. When you take away the card while the card information is appearing : You got a message which says the cards has been taken away

A: There is new discard too, it called now Present Card. It's sort of a dupe of your original card which you can play 5 times, then it will be a normal discard. After the 5games it will be a normal discard for creating 600hp cars

I will briefly summarize some of the changes from MT3 to DX



Card Transfer Info
- Body colour, Card Name, Ghost Mode status and dressup parts, number of stars, Outruns mode status, Mileage, Race Meter, Midnight R BGM, current Rank are transfered to DX from MT3
- New card number
- Start from the 81st from the current loop with 820hp (you have to complete 20another stages to reach the 825hp)
- Shaded or not, you title will be Wangan Beginner

MISC
- New aura (like super saiyan in DBZ xD)
- Graphic is a bit better
- New confirmed cars are : EVO X, GRB, Roadster
- Not confirmed cars but nearly sure (Hidden car(s)) : Z34, new RX-8 (or another FR)
- New background BGM (Enjoy the Process)
- New anti copy system
- Stars Ranking & Maxi coins ranking added

Story Mode
- Can choose between Night or Day + BGM ^_^

CPUs are very fast in this stage, never crash on a namco cars after 4km remaining, it will be hard to win :angry:
I cleared with 2m advantage from Akio...

ETCレーンの表示
ストーリー51話の最初のデモで13号地ランプの料金所が出てきますがETCレーンの|ETC/一般|の看板が|PASS/一般|になっています。

分身対戦モードの説明画面
分身対戦モードの説明画面を見てみると、アテンザの馬力数が178馬力になっています。
ノーマル仕様のアテンザの馬力数は178馬力(車に詳しくない方はバトルギア4tunedを参照)の為、ひょっとしたらマツダスピードアテンザが市販化されなかった時には、ノーマルのアテンザがマキシ3に収録されていたのかも知れません。

シルビアS15のspec-S
マキシ3稼働直後ver(バージョンアップ以前)では、シルビアS15のスペックが「spec-S」となるものがある。

ハイエースのリアウィンドウ
ハイエースのリアウィンドウに映る景色は後方のものではなく、前方の景色が歪んだものでした。見づらいですが場合によっては3人称でウインドウのみを見て運転することも可能です。他車種では未確認。

ぶっ飛び/すり抜け
分身対戦の箱根で550m~650mぐらい離すと、ちょうど坂の中間ぐらいで分身と鉢合わせする。分身によっては離す距離は変わるかもしれない。当たり具合や速度によっては、飛ばないで分身に弾き飛ばされる可能性がある。

分身対戦の箱根往路で、大体アドバンテージが700から780mくらい先行していると、最後にUターンをして急坂をまた登る所で、対戦相手と正面衝突しマイカーがぶっ飛びます。
ぶっ飛んだ時の分身を残してその分身と対戦すると、パッ!て消えて突然上に現れて斜め向きながら降りてくる。
また、相手が1000m先行してゴールしていると、突然分身がストップしてマイカーですり抜けが可能、箱根は往復両方、阪神でも出来ます。

箱根31人抜き、ヘアピンで(コーナー出口に砂利がある所)ブロックしてきたZ32が天高く飛んだ。

分身対戦で横羽の料金所?(湾岸東ゴール)見たいな所の手前からスタートで自分の分身とやったとき、その料金所らしきところ(並列してなかった気がします)に入ったとき、真ん中の柱に激突してないのにいきなり思いっきり吹っ飛び、逆走カウントが始まった。

オーラ出現
4999km到達時の走行距離加算画面では出現せず。
ゲームを終了し、再度カード挿入から開始、データ確認画面でも出現せず。

5000kmピッタリ到達時、走行距離加算画面にてオーラ出現。
ゲームを終了し、再度カード挿入から開始、データ確認画面にてオーラ確認。

オーラの詳細
10000km到達でオーラの大きさの変化を確認。

上限は10万キロ位まで。ネオン管を入れていると横に大きくなります、逆に外していると縦に大きくなります。(ウィングでも大きさが変わるよう??)

参考までに…
青=アザーカーのみに接触する
緑=アザーカー&対戦相手両方接触しない
紫=対戦相手のみに接触する
赤=アザーカー&対戦相手両方に接触する
判定はアザーカーの場合は後からの接触、対戦相手の場合はサイドからの接触、箱根だけは壁に当たるとアザーカーと接触したと判断される、のではないか…?

対戦でブラインドアタック状
カローラは対戦時にブラインドアタック状態になっています。

この前乱入対戦してて、スタートランプが湾岸線大黒ランプになり対戦してたら違和感あって気付いたら車のライトがついてなかった。
状況としては
「二台対戦(ちなみに3台設置店舗)」
「こちらはエボⅧ相手はSW20」
「湾岸線を選んだのは相手、スタートランプはどちらが選んだかは忘れた」
「こちらは14連勝中」
「SW20は車体のライトは点灯していたが、コースを照らしてる光が表示されていなかった。(バックミラーで確認)」
「私のエボはコースを照らしてるライトは表示されていなかった。車体の方は確認出来ず。」

カローラの駆動形式
マキシ2のカローラはFR、マキシ3のカローラは4WD。
マキシ2のカローラを引き継いだ時のみマキシ3でFF表記(FR表記?)になるとの情報も…?
詳細不明。

走行距離加算
乱入があったとしても、最後に走ったモード(コース)の距離が加算されます。
TAで10km走る→乱入され10km走る→さらに乱入され10km走る→さらに乱入され18km完走。
この場合、18km加算されるだけ。

名前入力
マキシ3では「ヴ」と入力できず、「ウ゛」となってしまう。(バグ?)
マキシ2のカードを引き継いだ場合はそのまま「ヴ」という表記で引き継がれる。

3で新規で名前入力した場合の棒線と、前作で作った場合の棒線では内部での処理が違うね
IR見ると分かるけど、新車種でー使ってる人と旧車種でー使ってる人の画像を見ると画像の番号が違う。
実際、名前検索するときに、2のときにーナムコーってカードで作った人を検索しようとして
検索のところに「ーナ」と入れても検索には出てこない
空白の扱い方も2の人と3の人だと違うみたい

ハンドルのセンターの出し方
I/O TEST → INITIALIZE → GOTO[test]
ハンドルを真ん中に合わせ、テストボタンを押し初期位置を決定。
アクセル,ブレーキの初期値もここで設定出来る
ハンドルが大きく傾いている筐体はアクセル,ブレーキもズレている可能性大
最後に再起動。

再起動時の同期もバージョンアップ?
1台だけエラーが出ても、設定でビューチェンジボタンを押せば、全て再起動させなくてもリンク取れるんだな。
今回のバージョンアップ(分身対戦追加バージョンアップ時)で変わったのかな?

アザーカーのタイヤ
動いていません、アザーカーは滑ってる。

500kmオーバー
ストーリーモードのライバルカーに押されることで500km/hまで一気に加速します。黒木さんに押されて450km/h。46話、大田のFDをブロックしてたら400キロ。
乱入対戦でも可能で、片方820馬力ハイエース、片方64馬力R2。湾岸線でR2の方を約6㎞先行させ停車、後ろから全力で突っ込んだところ、0㎞→210㎞→443㎞→500㎞と進み、最後に500㎞から006㎞と変化した。

→先日、同様の条件で検証したところ、25km程度しか上がりませんでした。

60話残り4km地点、ブラックバードに押されて399km出ました。

What is the point of the new "Present Card"?
Other then being able to let your friends try out your car (Above 600HP).
I can't see any other usage for it.

The older meter is called Racing Meter
You can't get anymore this meter when transferring your MT3 card to DX
So you have to get it from an MT2 unshaded card
