That's a risk you'll have to take. You play poker so you should know how to bluff. Sort of.

Besides, you'll never reach it on your first call. You have to be transferred to the right department to do it.

You reach wireless billing or sales, you say you want to cancel, they ask why, you tell them, they transfer you to the right department, they ask why you want to cancel again, and you get into it from there.

Say you're a student and how things are going on right now, you can't afford this bill and will be forced to cancel. Tell them you don't want to cancel but money's a bit tight right now.

If they go ahead, put them on hold for a second, tell them you got an urgent family call on the other line and will have to call back.

Ugh... I feel like a douche just by typing all that...
