Incredible as always; like I mentioned before, Gunma34. =)
Anyway, here's another 3 characters I plan to offer.

Name: Chizuru Kisaragi (如月千鶴)
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Driving Experience: 6 years
Voice acting suggestion: Deep-tone, tomboyish and energetic, fiery-spirited.
BGM of choice: Love is a Pretender - Pamsy
Car Model: Jaguar XJ220 (Midnight Blue)
Licence plate no. : 27-009 (Osaka)
Nickname: Iron Succubus
Description: One of the strongest female racer ever known around the area she lives in (Osaka), whether it's psychically or mentally. At
most of the time her unusually tall figure and tough body build makes her more of a fighter than a racer. She's basically a very well-trained
boxer in general, but it's merely for self-defense against the Bosozuku gangs that were after Kujira, should they ever show up and cause some
psychical trouble whenever she's around. Generally a woman against senseless violence, but when provoked, she can be frighteningly fierce and
merciless, especially when she's right.
She has an incredibly fierce and strong will within her heart and is willing to defend the pride of her friends when it comes to team races
around her home area. Despite her rather loud and tomboyish attitude from time to time, she still has a very feminine side of herself hidden
within her, and will only show it to those whom she really cares for, particularly her senior colleague, Tsuruko and her high-school classmate,
Kujira (whom she's really, REALLY in love with.) She also enjoys teasing Kujira with hugs and kisses, usually only to show her affection towards
him. Kujira doesn't seem to mind much, but he's STILL kind of oblivious to the fact that Chizuru really likes him as a whole person. She has known
the Dead Zone driver for more than 3 years, and is in a very good relation with him. But it's rather hard to tell if the latter accepts her feelings
yet. (or perhaps Kujira himself is too dense to realize.)
She's also a good cook on addition to that, which she hopes that it could help her to score some affection points from Kujira whenever she
tries to satisfy him with her cooking (they're SURPRISINGLY very good, especially on fried rice and noodles)
She likes her own XJ220 just as much as her passed-away-family and Kujira himself; but she's fairly appreciative to just about any cars without any over-the-top bodykit-tuned ("Rice-Junks" as what she likes to call) cars. Has a fair knowledge of mostly any type of new and moderate age cars, hence making her adapting skills fairly good.
She's currently earning a living as a nurse under Tsuruko's supervising at a large hospital. Half of her monthly salary is normally spent to preserve her own car and to fund her racing activities, while the other half is on her own life and (HOPEFULLY) for Kujira when he ever decides to move in and live together with her.
Driving style: She's extremely aggressive and can be a fierce competitor when she races with her full strength. Her strongest point in her style
is her outstanding accel control, focusing all her driving technique to her footwork, regardless of how tough a corner may look, she can easily
pinpoint an almost ideal braking point of that corner and focus on clearing it using a moderate lining (which she believes that using too much of racing lines could easily put load on her tires; which add to the fact that her car's heavy.)
Through her senior, Tsuroko's advices; she has learned a bit of line-manipulation, but nothing too severe. Seeing as she's a type whom always wanted
to go fast non-stop when she sees a winning chance; she also knows how to manage the potential of her tires to create similar results in her time,
regardless of which line she took. However, she still at some critical point; miscalculate some line-manipulation; causing her to lose a few milliseconds from what she herself simulated in her mind. She's also capable of drifting her XJ220 at certain point, but will only use it when the situation of a race is critical.
She also talks a lot during a race inside her car, since it's merely a personal style of her own to prevent herself from accelerating way too much during
a tough race. She claims it was an "emotion-cooling mechanism." If she ever went into "silent mode", the speed of her driving will rise drastically and her rhythm will either become extremely sharp or way too fast to the point of a slight imbalance on her driving could throw her entire car off the road. That's also when her tire-management technique will immediately fly out of the window and she will use up all the grip on her tires, and not caring about anything anymore; except for only one thing; to finish off her target and outrun it until she can no longer see the car's lights behind.
Bottom line is; she's a severe tire-managing racer whom knows how to control her lining to create similar runs using her tires' full potential, but can turn into an extremely dangerous and reckless driver if she ever went into "silent" mode.
The specs and tuning on her XJ220 is unknown at the moment.

Name: Tsubasa Aramaki (荒巻翼)
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Driving Experience: about 7 years (started to drive since 14 years old)
Voice Acting Suggestion: Sometimes docile and sometimes fiery-tempered, hot spirited and generally strong and mildly deep voice.
BGM of choice: MAD DESIRE - Stephy Martini
Car Model: Toyota Corolla Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex AE86 (Black)
Licence plate: 23-068 (Hachioji)
Nickname: Ghost Eight-Six
Description: One among the fastest young racers on ANY mountain passes that has ever cruised by since 3 years' debut of his racing life. He was by far the youngest racer that has ever set foot on the world of mountain racing around Tokyo, earning one victory after another during his debut with his trusty 86.
Raced and won numerous tough battles (from average to strong racing teams), he grew as both a racer and as a person in appreciating all sorts of cars that perform differently from his own, gaining both in knowledge and experience inside the racing world. With his strong sense of curiosity and adaptability, the possibilities of his level of growth seemed no boundaries.
He's currently working hard to preserve his accel technique through numerous runs on highway using his rather low-powered AE86, but so far his practices are slowly paying off.
Currently living with his sister, Aramaki Shino; whom at the same time developed his driving skills through Shino's orders of driving regularly around the mountain passes using specific time given by Shino and also by using a cup of water to ensure that Tsubasa is not being too rough with the "old-beaten" car like the 86. Among
his friends whom are all car-maniacs (while him being rather docile when it comes to car knowledge), he's one of the most experienced driver, easily exceeding all his friends' driving experience COMBINED.
He's also a part-time worker at BLACKWING'S; a garage shop that's specialized in body-tuning, while delivering cakes and bread regularly for his sister's cake house business.
He remained undefeated through his racing life, except two times where for the first time he lost to Shino due to huge driving experience gap, while on another time he lost to Kujira by a mere 10 cm range when Kujira 's GT-R managed to get the edge on power in the final straight at Tsubaki Line.
Kujira and him were old friends in general, but at the same time they were also fierce rivals whom strive the same dream of being the fastest.
Driving style: Most of his driving includes very little intellect; but PURE driving instinct. He relies solely on his eyes and high-level concentration to drive through any corners and obstacles that might be in his way; regardless of whether he's time attacking or battling someone. His ability to visualize the road ahead even under pitch black circumstances have earned him countless victories over many rivals whom had trouble taking the lead role when they can hardly see the road in front, right before they crack under pressure built by him chasing behind. His driving is also very smooth due to the constant practice runs instilled by his sister to further develop his driving skills through experience build. Drifting and gripping control within his driving is almost top-notch as he rarely favors drifting for it could easily harm his car's tires if he abuses it too often to settle a race.
He also knows how to manipulate his tires' grip through Ghost-Lining, a similar driving technique used by Chizuru to confuse her opponents' lining and ryhthm. When he's facing someone potentially tough, he'd try and throw his opponents off at the leading role to nail their lining judgment on where it hurts most; hence making them doubt
their lining methods and throw them into confusion, giving him the edge to win a battle without too much tire-stress. This method was very effective when he raced a professional rally racer; Minamoto Asuka at Tsubaki Line Downhill. Asuka couldn't bear to trust her lining anymore after witnessing Tsubasa's lining method and attempted to copy his style; only to cost her car's tires to give out even earlier and finally spun out at the last turn before the goal point when Tsubasa sprang his Record Line trap right when Asuka made her move to copy him. This has also earned him the nickname Ghost Eight-Six.
His driving method also varies from time to time. From delicate control to fierce handling of a car; depending on how intense a battle is. If a battle is more technical; he'd remain calm and drive using his usual Ghost Lining strategy to outwit his opponents before using the Record Line for the last kill. But if the battle is way too intense; he'd
most likely forget about everything and rely only on his feelings and instincts on his car, concentrating as hard as he could in fully pushing the 86, sometimes even far beyond the car's limits to the point of hurting the car's body gradually.
Car tuning part: Swapped an AE101-TRD Racing Engine Group A 20v Silvertop 4A-GE, Fujitsubo Legalis R dual muffler, together pushing a total 280/290HP, revs up to 11,000RPM. Carbon rear mirrors, numerous CPU Rewriting that balances out both highway and mountain racing, TRD Aluminium Tower Bars, TRD Rollcage, racing brake pads, TRD High Performance Suspension and stabilizers, Clutch reinforce, large caliber throttle and reinforced suspension arms, The Front head's Trueno logo is removed for unknown reasons...

Name: Shino Aramaki (荒巻志乃)
Gender: Female
Age: 31
Driving Experience: Possibly over 15 years (she might have started driving at young teen age similar to Tsubasa)
Voice Acting Suggestion: Very deep voice, mature and calm. Never shouts. (Close to sound like a middle-aged woman)
BGM preferrence: WINGS INTO THE SKY / Christine
Car Model: Subaru Impreza WRX STi GRB (White)
Licence Plate: 23-680 (Hachioji)
Nickname: None (sometimes uses the shop name as nickname...Aramaki Cake House)
Description: The temporal owner of Aramaki Cake House due to her father's current outstation, and she's the elder sister of Tsubasa. She's formally one of the fastest racer that has ever run Tsubaki Line during her racing days; mostly active on the Kanagawa Prefecture, before she retires and resorted into taking over her father's cake and bread business for the sake of earning a living without her family's help. Even now, she's still the fastest record holder of Tsubaki Line Downhill, but the record was so old, that it was eventually forgotten and rewritten by other active racers that claimed territory over the area. She doesn't show much interest on taking back the record time though; believing that she's no longer under the same category as the "young-spirited racers".
While retired, she saw talent within her younger brother, Tsubasa through his driving potential and decides to train him into a fine driver, for both the sake of him helping her out on delivery business and of course; involuntarily develop her brother's driving skills through constant practices. She has other training methods for Tsubasa too, but most of them normally are done under secret through normal driving, where she taught him to drive using specific lines to reach a mountain pass' targeted area and to get similar times; and to keep repeating until he succeeds, which developed the Ghost-Lining technique for Tsubasa.
She's also a car lover that favors any car without fancy appearance tunings or big wings, strongly believed that when tuning a car; it should be the most crucial part where it all counts to push a driver's potential to its fullest.
As a retired racer, she spends most of her time in earning a living through doing business at the cake shop, and refused just about any requests of joining any professional racing activities or helping out young racing teams, believing that the young ones should train themselves freely instead of binded by others ordering them how to do something to improve their driving techniques.
She once secretly initiated a rolling-start battle towards her own brother on Hakone while test-driving her own Impreza's new setting; unsurprisingly, defeated her own brother and also induced a bizzare Impreza-complex towards Tsubasa. She'd regularly tell Tsubasa to swap cars on schedule everyday to do practice runs on several mountain passes and highway to further push Tsubasa's knowledge of modern-cars while using that knowledge to even out his driving style and strategy adjustment using his own AE86.
Driving Style: Nothing much is known about Shino's driving style; except for the fact that she's incredibly experienced in almost any sort of races, whether it's highway or mountain passes, or even dangerous rule-instilled-driving like the Gumtape Death Match. She's seen mostly calm all the time and she always keeps her cool in almost any condition. No matter how much pressure her opponents gave, nothing fazes her and most of them would've given up trying to make her crack through pressure. She's also capable of drifting mostly any cars she drive, except for several Front-wheeled cars, or the GT-Rs, but she does have a history of drifting a super-heavy R34 at very high speed through the Tsukuba Circuit and Mt. Haruna.
The easiest way of describing her driving style's advantage is her driving experience as she has far more experience than any young racers throughout Tsubasa's racing life, hence giving her the advantage to easily adjust her driving through analyzing her opponents' behavior and driving.
The specs and custom tuning for her Impreza remained unknown.
Likes: Sounds of carburator, coffee, shotguns (she has a shooting licence to use one at her home for emergency), her own Impreza, Eight Sixes, her dearly beloved brother, Tsubasa.
Dislikes: Oversized cars, loud but powerless mufflers (fart cannon), showy big wings on cars, cigars.
Special thing worth a mention: Even while driving half-asleep, she can easily initiate zero counter drift using Tsubasa's AE86 or her own GRB...and yeah; she's most of the time seen with her eyes closed...like Bunta-sama.

Well, I'd try and draw the cars ASAP.
Hope you'd put these three character for good use and they could help you in your story development.
