No problem man...I'd do my best in future story line manipulation for the Hachioji Mystery part. While you have the skills to always edit some part to fit in everything nicely.

I've confidence in your video and story-writing skills.

And don't worry about the 3 factors above...I'd see what I can do about that...

As for those flashbacks, I think that'll serve as a good factor too, and that 2 year event was indeed...fitting; if I do say so.

I've a lot of these tagline previews actually, but a lot of them were rejected due to my lack of story-writing power for a super deep plot. Dx I'd do my best for the next chapter once your update is made.

Oh, and if you wish to; you can try and make some sort of a next-episode preview on the video using my picture's text words and taglines. Try and play a bit of those ominous video effects to control each word's movement through different height and angle.

And finally; if you really can do that; you can also emphasis on the whole Higurashi no naku Koro ni homage by using the last part of the ending theme "Why, or why not?" where the piano plays slowly. That's normally how a preview of a mysterious anime ends with those cryptic messages.

Here's a short example of a Higurashi ending:

FINALLY: If you really wanna have a narrator for the preview part like the video; use SHINO's voice if you plan to recruit a VA for her. Since she IS the mystery behind the Hachioji events. Just remember that she's 31 years old and she NEVER shouts at people.

I just watched how Higurashi ended... and it sparked something in me that I may use for both this and Viaggio Grande. And probably; yeah; with your artworks, for a change of pace; it would give the Speed Legend Series a new light. Wanna try drawing out Daiki, Seiji & Kazuhiko in your perspective?

you may use the SLV series as a guide:
Daiki - Episode 5
Kazuhiko - Episode 2
Seiji - Episode 2, 10

You may give them new wardrobes if you want; afterall, in my series, the trademark of the characters are in the face build, colours & the hairstyles.

Note: If you wish to add Tomo, Seiji's spikes are more and are thinner compared to Tomo having thick ones at some in his hair line.

Wow...seriously? Now that's pretty tempting..considering the fact I DO have been craving a bit about drawing your characters' fanarts...but just couldn't bear myself to actually try it...

I'd give Daiki, Seiki and Kazuhiko a shot first and see how I manage in portraying them using my style. Cuz I know for sure that I don't wanna change someone's character appearances too much that they're no longer recognizable to the audiences... :x

So for the episode guides...I just draw then they way they are in that position? Or I could draw something simpler first?

For the wardrobes part I think I've no problem on that...since I do like to draw casual clothes with some sweet little details.

For the characters; I've seen one of the poll at the colorless site. I think I should be able to draw them without much difficulty. ;P

Anyway, thanks for this opportunity. I'd do my best in giving it a shot first. I'd try and draw these 3 characters out on normal position and do tell me how you think on the portrayal. xD

I'd try fooling around with Tomo on Photoshop first before doing the actual picture since he looks kinda fun to portray. ;P *Don't shoot me for this...lol*

you can go on whichever model-post you want for the 3. The video guides are there to give you an idea which are their possible character features; and how to distinguish them from one another. Also pay attention to the likes of Seiji's eyes vs Daiki's as an example as Seiji has a narrower pupil and eye line compared to Daiki's curved, although serious eye line.

Lol, don't worry. I wont. *takes out sword instead* I'M JUST KIDDING. Have a go at them all.

Awesome. Only adjustment for Seiji is the outer neck line below his right cheek. And Kazuhiko's right shoulder needs a bit of more work but hey, it's a WIP. I'm sure you see that and rectify it in the final art. But looking good!

The drawing renders seem better than the sketches. But yeah; these are just your alpha drawings; I know you can do better once we start.

The only reason he looks boyish is because of the cardigan jacket he's wearing. Knowing Daiki, he's more on the formal side than what's cool & in; he'd rather wear a coat or formal jacket than a cardigan in my opinion. But how you rendered them... I'm speechless.

But one teensy bit to work on with Daiki is his eyes... make 'em 30% closer to Seiji's but keep the shape.

Other than that...

I APPROVE!

Anyway, be sure to watch the 2 Higurashi preview collections I show you. Since you can at least know head first on what type of onimous texts and words that I might manipulate on the next preview of Hachioji Mystery after your updates.

And next to do list for me; I'd go and color the 3 cars of Chizuru, Tsubasa and Shino...

Might take some time since I still ain't quite used to drawing cars. ;__;

P.S.S: The Hachioji Mystery is always meant to be cryptic and vague for a reason, if you ever plan to use them in similar style of Higurashi no Naku koro ni previews; just use the creepiest video effect possible. xDD

Now, as promised before, here's my car drawing of Tsubasa's AE86. lol...do bear with my car's front hood since I've no idea how to really PAINT a carbon fiber hood, and as mentioned in Tsubasa's profile before, the Trueno logo is removed for unknown reason. XP



The fog effect is to emphasis a bit on the Hachioji mystery part...Shino's GRB and ONE MORE car with Hachioji tags will also have fog effects such as this one.

I have no objections with the CF hood; since there are multiple variands. Yours can stand out as a dry-carbon fibre hood; like Takumi's since there's also another variand such as the Diamond Plated CF. And if I'm right, Shutoku Battle / Street Supremacy has that 86 bodykit so I might use that on Tsubasa's 86.

And wow! ARE YOU LYING TO ME!!? This one is actually well made. And as much as I loved your colouring and shadow effects, a little lens flare on the lights would've made it stand out.

Anyway, thanks for the tip on using lens flare too, since I am still doubtful of using lens flare or any special effect renderers as it might easily crash my low memory computer. LOL

But I'd definitely try my best to do so on Shino's GRB.

For Chizuru's XJ220 will be rather normal drawn since she's not from Hachioji; but from Osaka (just like Kujira; whom she's in love with...as mentioned before on her profile.)

Oh, and that ONE MORE is actually a car and an unknown driver. I'd give you a hint; it's a Trueno that's not available in GT5 (if the car list from GT 5 google-search doesn't betray me. ;P) Why I choose this car that's not in the GT5? Well, there's a reason, but I will reveal it later on after you've done your part in updates.

Also, will be waiting for the script.

P.S: As mentioned before; I am also drawing Hachioji area that Tsubasa and his friends lived. So far, it's turning out SURPRISINGLY nice for me; since I never drawn such a big scenery before....

Here is the line-work form!! This is a slightly fictional version of Hachioji residence where the Aramaki family and Tsubasa's friends lived (INCLUDING the mysterious driver...)

Someone who holds ALL the mystery factor of the mysterious race events around Hachioji; even she herself is a complete mystery. Her profile will be uploaded on the next update~ with COLORS~ (Spiderman classic intro FTW)

Take note, Gunma34... remember when I say Shino being the narrator of those preview texts that I show you before? Oniko will take Shino's place instead since her mysterious appearance suits a lot more than Shino's rather half-laidback expression. xDD

She's a student still; but she is truly a mystery among all at Hachioji Residence.

And her sinister expression is actually due to her pupil-less eyes, for she is one of those who can see many "Supernatural" things of people's inner instincts such as "aura", or other things that symbolize a driver's charisma and special talents. Such as when Oniko sees Daiki or his Z for example; she will see a prince's shadow figure embraced in mild white light. Got my drift? xD

Oh...and she's indeed....somewhat of a Grade S YANDERE....mwahaha....so you won't like to see her agitated...

The reason why she sees these things is due to an origin from her family; but that will be told on the completed version of her profile as well as her picture colored. But remember; just don't be freaked by her eye color...considering her eyes are souless looking and all...

Nickname: The Demon Child of Hachioji (Forgotten nickname)

Description: A transfer student from previous school around Shirakawa before she studies at Hachioji around 2 years. She is the junior of Tsubasa and also his love interest. She's easily one of the most recognizably affectionate female among all girls that surrounds Tsubasa during his school days and she's also the most feminine among all. She's also seen most of the time completely souless due to her rather stoic and emotionless eyes (lacking pupils for some reason), however she does smile from time to time and tends to be very sweet and polite when classmates start conversation with her, except that some of the girls were rather creeped out by her eerie and cold voice, despite the fact she speaks so softly all the time.

She's also incredibly intelligent and tend to make very swift decisions on what to do with whatever problems when she gets caught up with it (like fixing electronic components on a stalled bus when she's on a tour with her classmates.), she also has the highest grades among all students at her class.

She seems to have some sort of strange ability to sense or see unusual things such as a driver's aura (she calls it light for some odd reason) or what type of supernatural symbol that might appear on highly skilled and exceptional drivers. However, if the driver's average or nothing special; she cannot feel anything and will only shook her head when Tsubasa or some of her classmates asked her about it (particularly Tsubasa's close friends also knew of Oniko's strange ability.) This could arguably be an advantage for Tsubasa since at least he could easily know whether a person's driving is just as strong (as in technical control and basic driving) or VERY strong (with "light", exceptional control, technique and driving sense that exceeds normal human knowledge on their own cars).

Oniko's family status and relatives info were completely unknown, since nobody really cared to ask about her family due to her rather creepy nature in appearance. She doesn't mind a lot about it though; being open-minded. She do however, share her family story with Tsubasa and her close classmates...which remained a little secret. She is currently living alone at a small house that was bought by her parents during her move towards Hachioji. It is rumored that she might be a descendant of a big family that has a very strong belief in demonic folklore...

She is very good in driving, but sadly; she shows little to no interest in racing at all; and rather stay aside to be the spectator, for she detest racing without any reasons at all and sees little to no benifit other than gaining pointless fame and pride of others just because someone's faster. She also however, respects anyone whom had a real purpose in driving and those with big dreams as well as the ability to pursuit it, like Tsubasa himself and other few strong racers she heard before. Due to her idleness of racing activity, absolutely NO ONE ever knows how good she actually is; probably not even SHINO herself...

Driving Style: Nothing is known about her driving style, due to her lack of racing activity. She however, do show a few times at foggy weather; a very fast driving with her own AE86 coupe. Rumor has it that only the middle-aged folks saw her driving and they say that the sound of the car's engine followed by the speed make it sound as if a demon just drifted through their sights and disappear into thin air.

She does show very delicate control of a car; so good; that her passengers normally fell asleep due to her very smooth and calm driving, as if her passengers themselved were put to sleep by her hypnotic driving trance...

Technically speaking; NO ONE knows how fast she is...and hence her driving level is a complete mystery, even amongst the Hachioji folks.

Car Tuning: COMPLETELY UNKNOWN. Due to her lack of racing activity again; her car doesn't even have any racing seats installed. There's something weird about her car's engine sound though....

Likes: Riceballs, tofu, cakes, apples, Tsubasa, Eight-Sixes and Eight-Fives, Friends with true friendship

Dislikes: Liars, arrogant people, literally being bugged by others to call her to race.

Special thing worth a mention: Sleeps regularly, but still has heavy eye-lines as if she never slept for 3 days...creepy. Her red shawl's double circle patterns are from the Wheel of Fortune's Tarot Card. Everytime she shows up at a scenery or anywhere at all, there's always at least one crow standing at one of the trees...

I'm not creeped out by Oniko's eyes... she just reminds me of a phased eyed Einsbern Homonculus of Fate/Zero.

Ah, that kind of eye huh...I guess you can put it that way too, if you compare her eyes with that Sakura's eyes...

Anyway, I almost forgot to tell you;

And wow...Street Supremacy...I never played the game, but I keep hearing about it being an awful racing game... :< is it true? For me, I think it looks a bit fine, sure; the graphics cannot compare...but still...

Oh, just out of curiosity; I think if I recall correctly; there're 2 mysterious drivers in your "Royal Blood" team too; what's the name again...I think it's the Joker and the King...am I correct? Think they will be featured too...?

I'd definitely see what I can do with Oniko's demonic eyes on these mysterious drivers since she might spark some interest and questions with her comments on these 2. Her "eyes" are what really made the atmosphere among powerful racers a mystery factor after all, since most of the racers normally can only "feel" it, instead of "seeing" it directly.

And I'd wait for the script patiently...without a doubt.
