I am just curious about this...villain of yours.

Just remember... the OVA and the rest of Speed Legend V happened AFTER Hachioji. So I think chances of the 13 Devils appearing are slim. Though you may add the likes of Jintei on the list where he tries to claim top tier then either bumps into Seiji and/or Kujira and they school him. XD

I actually have a new character I want you to draw, as my friend is pestering me to add his character to OVA 2 (which I won't touch until Viaggio Grande is over, yours however, I can do it along with VG/Viaggio).

I may also be thinking of doing one more promo video featuring Seiji & Kujira. Relatively short and I am talking about 30 seconds - 1 minute short.

OH! Now I get it...hehehe...I'd see what I can do with this...Jintei. Mind PM me with a brief detail about him? Depending on his details, I'd have to choose in between Tsubasa or Kujira. Or if the detail match nicely; have BOTH of them AND Seiji school him in a 4 way battle. xD

As for that new character. I think I'd have to study that profile a bit more first before getting into detail of how should I scribble the character. xD

I rarely draw bearded guys, but I'd do my best nonetheless.

And I'd definitely be waiting for the Kujira VS Seiji vid. It's okay if it's short, even a 30 sec video would be sufficient for me.

I wonder what's with the part of the setup that made Tsubasa's 86 struggle to keep up with the Evo IX....hmm...

And I am sure Seiji could be a BIT surprised at what the XJ220 could do...fufufu...

Description: One of Oniko's classmates and is also a close friend of Tsubasa. She shows complete support towards him and has a general knowledge of racing, despite her lack of driving experience, thanks to her mechanical studies in the class. She also seems to show a great interest in anything cute or cuddling, exclaiming weird things like "I just wanna chew that thing up~ it's so cute!" With the way she puts it, anyone could get easily misunderstood...

She also shows a bit of liking towards Tsubasa herself; but this is most likely mutual affection, considering she's aware of Oniko and Tsubasa's current relationship development.

Likes: Reading, writing, listening to soothing music and playing her keyboard piano.

Dislikes: Any bugs, cigar, cars that are too small for anything other than driving; like the Cappucino EA11R

Nickname: Blackened Soundwave

Description: A friend and a classmate of Oniko's class. She's also the driver that usually carries her other 2 close friends, Rei and Mion whenever there's any activity involving Tsubasa's racing. She's also one of the strongest supporter that has always been cheering on for Tsubasa along with everyone since his racing days 1 year ago. She has an obsession with music and believes that every car owners should at least listen closely to their own cars to fully understand the car's potential and how or what type of tuning they should really equip to max out the potential of a car itself.

Her father was a top-notch mechanical maniac (especially on motorsports), Ryugu was basically well-versed in almost any tuning towards a car, despite her age. Therefore she has a very clear view of what is it that she really desires and she also wishes to take over her father's mechanic business someday in his own garage.

She's currently a part-timer in tire-stock delivery service under her father's friends' company.

Driving Style: Hearing the sound of the engine, clutch, gear shifting, tire screeching and even wind-sheer from her car's windows, she can easily adjust to her own driving depending on the situation changes towards the road. Her strongest ability is she has incredible hearing ability of her opponents' cars, just by listening even once or twice on how a driver moves the car through straights and corners, all the way to drifting and braking, she can make judgments to how good a driver is and readjust her own driving to match her opponent's.

Her JZA70 was tuned by both her father and herself to match her personal style the most, and she doesn't drift much unless her tires wear out themselves, much preferred to manage her own tires' grip at the early stage before using them up for the last kill. With her cornering skills and the current settings done on the Supra, it's literally a crisp cornering FR machine.

She also has strong memory of recognizing the road within a few times running it, enough for her to dish out her "Blind Attack" at anytime without worrying of not being able to judge where to accel and where to stop and corner, thanks to her keen sense in relying the light-reflections of the road shown by her opponent's car when it's in the front.

Her control style for the car is in between aggressive and delicate, for she's a well-balanced type that will change in driving behavior, depending on a battle's outcome.

Likes: Techno, Trance Rock, J-Pop, soft musics, Heavy Metal and Power Metal musics, sounds of an F1 turbine, chatting with friends (especially Tsubasa)

Description: One of Oniko's classmates and is quite possibly the most mature out of the trio. She's also one of the few top grade scorers as she always have high demands on herself in doing just about anything, practically a perfectionist. However,of course; she knows when to draw a line from forcing herself too much. She is very mature and strict at times and will always be concerned about Ryugu and Rei's well being, but she is not without a cute side, like easily get embarrassed and will blush profusely when Tsubasa praised her for being hardworking or very caring, indicating that even Mion may have affections towards him, which he's entirely oblivious to; and this has also made her the constant victim of being teased by her friends due to her shy nature. She also loves any cute animal plushies like lions, tigers and bears or even sharks.

She's also there most of the time during any racing events to cheer Tsubasa on along with Ryugu and Rei, she sometimes would even go as far as to take pictures or record some highlight racing events to keep as memento.

She is a part-time worker at her mother's Kagurakawa Delivery Service, often helping her mother to deliver just about any industrial stocks for other companies in hopes to earn some savings for herself so she can buy herself a car and hopefully gets to be closer to Tsubasa, just like Ryugu herself.

She has a fair amount of knowledge on car mechanics too, thanks to her bookworm nature in the last year when she took up a couple of car and engine encyclopedia and read them through several times, but nothing critical like Ryugu on that matter.

Likes: Plushies, Tsubasa, Eight Sixes, MP3 players, basses and beautiful handphones.

Dislikes: Blood, scary stories, being teased by others when she blushes around Tsubasa (this happens MOST of the time when they're both alone talking somehow, even Oniko teases her...)

Special Thing worth a mention: She owns a leftie bass, yet she's generally right handed, but now she's believed to be ambidextrous, thanks to constant practicing.

Next to do: Chizuru's colored Midnight Blue XJ220 sitting idle at some area. Then probably drawing of Takumi too for Gunma 34's works.

Great. Keep them coming Rin. Also, you can start rendering Seiji as well, like full body shots and in-car drawings as well right after.

Roger. I got it. I'd see what I can do about Seiji's renderings, starting from his first full body shot and then the first seat view.

I plan to do a transformation shot of Seiji with my drawing then Seiji with your drawing. (I'll wait for yours before I draw mine so I have reference) to announce that Supido no Densetsu Mugen Tsuchiya Chronicles: Hachioji will be art-drawn by you.

I plan to use the same outfit for my first mugshot on Seiji. But eh...I'd see what other wardrobe I can choose for Seiji.

He'd normally go for a short sleeve Polo shirt with dark jeans and for formal/casual wear, almost the same thing that Daiki wears minus the formal Americana/Formal coat. He'd normally wear, when he's out street racing, like what he is wearing on your mugshot. It would normally go with slim cargo pants, if you need an idea of Seiji's normal wears from my experience drawing him. Also, his Favorite Ralli-Art red slim-fit hoodie.

After a long day work with mom, I just can't seem to focus too much. Still, I somehow managed to finish making 2 progresses.

Chizuru's XJ220 is still sitting idle here.

That XJ220... *Dies*

Seiji looks awesome... only his jacket is too small... I'd suggest to extend it below the belt and less the inside crease on his hip line. The sleeves are ok but the torso part of the jacket is too slim for him. I suggest making it a bit fatter and rather than an inside crease, just a straight line down.

But yeah. Seiji's looking good. Props to you!

Good news and bad news on potential filming:

1. Good news - We can use Street Supremacy to show Tsubasa's 86 face off against random people around the Shutoku.
2. Bad news - His AE86 Can't be done on GT5 nor the option to color the Shuichi Shigeno AE86 Black/dark is available either... So if we'd need vids featuring Tsubasa and GT5 Together? He can just be a passenger on Chizuru, Kujira or Shino's cars.

I've yet to get the XJ220 To show on the dealerships though I know it exists as far as line ups are concerned but I'm still trying.

And Kujira's R32's tuning is not what I expected: same stats as Seiji's Evo only with the standard 5-speed transmission (as GT5 has the tendency to transform 4/5-speed cars to 6-speed to customize) so that I guess is good news on that extent.

Whoa...what's this about? Some kind of story project?

And whoever you are, Rin...you got talent dude...I can never draw cars to save my life. ;__;

Well, thanks for the compliment. And yup, it's now a saga of its own, thanks to the Chronicles series. Starting from Akiyama Chronicles all the way to the current Tsuchiya Chronicles, I think.

Oh no, Kujira's getting the CF hood and GT wing. I just left his transmission on normal and everything else upgraded (maxxed to just 520 hp not totally max HP)

Well great then.

Don't worry about the Max HP part. Kujira's max power output on his car is a mystery itself...

There's never telling how much power his R32 has.

Anyway, done editing Seiji. Just a bit though...

I've been through Digital Art class since almost 2 years ago.

Well, through constant practices of course, I usually took about 20 minutes to 1 hour to finish the linework, depending on the complexity of that picture.

Anyway, one more update! The colored shot of Seiji's standing pose. This is his other outfit, so I gave him a cool black-red color theme to match the Mitsubishi logo.



Gotta admit, he looks surprisingly stylish on black coats...

Why is Seiji's hairstyle so damn resemblance to my main character from my fantasy novel? Must be coincidence O_0.

I'm not a good artist but you seem to capture the perfect esscene of my unrelated character from one of my other works....

Anyways apart from that aside, he looks cool and stylish.

Wow! I have to agree on Seiji's color scheme. It suits him well.

The in-car shot looks awesome too though I suggest having Seiji's spikes to stay top, like his standing shot.

But aside from that, excellent work on Seiji! He looks badass and is very fitting of the title Wangan God if I may say so myself.

And well, someone as serious as him ought to have some fitting color, the best I could think of for now is Red/Black since Red symbolize Mitsubishi's logo while Black symbolize his Blackbird-like attitude.

Tsubasa's color theme was pretty cool-colored at first (blue, purple, white) but as time goes by, Seiji's influence will slowly made him turn into jet-black color scheme. Consider this a sign of Seiji's encounter made Tsubasa's perception of a racer change throughout time.

And I always thought Seiji's hair was pretty natural so I kept his spiked bangs downed unless there are some wind blowing by...LOL Or unless he's using some gel for his hairstyling.

But I'd try to change it on the colored version. Thanks man!

Next I will try and finalize the linework of Takumi Takashi, before I choose to do a few shots of my own characters on simple scenarios and made an alternate version of every female students' picture into their school uniforms. (including Oniko of course)

P.S: Mind if you draw your version of Jintei for me? Or are there any other 13 Devils Member that can be shown in this story? I wonder if Twelve Kingdoms will show up as well...cuz if they do, Tsubasa's gonna have a tremendous sweep towards the Kingdom...(since I kinda have plans like such in my mind as I replay my old Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 Drift while battling those guys...)
