Oh so you have TXRD2. Tell me, is Tsubasa's 86 bodykit avaiable there or no- Oh wait... no wait... there are 2 86 Trueno hatches in the game... well, do they?

Well, I do own TXRD2 long ago...but it's loading's slow as crap... :/

Anyway, I don't think so...since I never touched the aero parts (just can't seem to bother looking at it back then...)

But I think there is a hatchback Trueno (Tsubasa) and if IIRC, I think even the Trueno Coupe is there (Oniko's Trueno).

They are. I know. I own a copy of it too (back at Philippines). But I'm wondering if Tsubasa's aero kit is on one of those 86's though... I could ask thesecsy1 (the one who made the replays from TXR3 for OVA I) to render the races... IF the game has Tsubasa's aero.

I am not sure myself...since I never bothered to look at it. But I'd try and see later when I boot on my PS2 again.

Also, about the Twelve Kingdoms and 13 Devils...mind if you draw some of them that you THINK are likely available to be part of the story in the upcoming Tsuchiya Chronicles? Cuz I think having them around ought to spice things a bit.

And to add to the fact that Seiji used to know a bit of 13 Devils himself too back when he warn Ryuusen about the 13 Devils (such as the Betrayal Jacknife...)

Update~

Now like I mentioned before; try not to put too high a hope on this one, since I hardly ever draw any guys with beard, let alone rugged or with scruffs ones. I feel like Takumi Takashi's somewhat of a decent guy as well, so I decide to give him a rather clean scruff look.

Not sure how his hairstyle look like either, but since it's more Australian style as mentioned by Gunma 34, I tried to give him a simple short-hair cut that I normally saw on many foreign Englishmen. This is the best I could do of for now...sorry if it doesn't match your criteria.



Will post the colored version of this when I got time in the future~

^ENOZ trolololo. I've been watching too much Suzumiya Haruhi to say taht even though I've been through the whole anime series only once.

Anyway, I'm probably going to start on with your "saga" later on. I'm wondering what are you doing, probably something anime-ish with all the voice actors and stuff. I'll see by my own.

VERY CLOSE!!! But I was more on Light Music Club (K-on!) reference to be honest. xD

And thanks, actually...all I did was draw my own characters that are involved in Gunma 34's current project while I also draw some of Gunma 34's characters in my style for his next work since it might help to boost a bit of popularity on this project. And another reason is simply cuz I also enjou Gunma 34's story-writing enough to give a helping hand to him.

Honestly, before I scrolled down and saw Imma Noob & your post, I was thinking of the Light music club at first.

Although it didn't match my criteria, I give you commendations for the excellent effort you put on this.
And *cracks knuckles* time to get to discussing Takumi Takashi.

[OK] Facial structure
[X] Eye composition
[OK] Ruggedness
[X] First impression personality
[X] Hairstyle
[OK] Hair length.

The clean scruff description and the scruff itself is alright. I suggest shortening the bangs infront of his ear lobe and give him scruffy sideburns.

Time to discuss:

1. Eye composition: try and make him a bit more non-asian with the eyes (forgive my racistic description, whether or not racistic IS a word or not) Make his eye a bit more rounded. The best eye composition sample for this is like Kujira's full body shot with the eyes a bit more rounded, but keep the size.

2. First Impression personality: My mistake here is not describing Takumi's personality for your reference. I hope this isn't too late if you'll be making revisions to him:

Takumi's an overenergetic prideful & haughty guy who takes pride in his Lan Evo for dominating the Yokohane line. He doesn't accept defeat too well and would either explode in two ways: demand another rematch until his Evo runs out of gas or breaks OR would simply cuss at the back of his opponent and declares that he'll be 'mince meat' by their next encounter.

Though haughty as he is, he barely speaks his mind out in an optimistic way. The only time he does so is when he lost to Seiji and where Seiji speaks his mind about his driving style as to what it's lacking, etc. etc. Seiji could relate to Takumi's haughtiness as this was Seiji's personality during the first half of the Akiyama Chronicles story arc.

He doesn't make friends too well on the first encounter and selects his 'mates if he knows he can beat them hands down and is willing to take them under his wing. Seiji's the prime exception to this rule as he's the only one who does so the other way around. Most of the time he works on his Lan Evo and goes online most of the day to get the latest news on Wangan racers and races. He works as a part time DJ & as a night club receptionist on a semi-weekly basis (not everday/night in this case). Day time grease monkey, night time clubber. If he isn't working in the clubs, he's at home doing online gun games, retaining his personality.

3. Hairstyle
The length I can accept but Takumi's true hairstyle, I was expecting to have it a bit more curly than that. Aim for curly with an ALMOST Crew cut. You may keep a bit of the front bangs for style but he's primarily like that, very short & curly haired.

Other than that, all is well with this development.

And why do I have this feeling I'm getting attracted to Rei?

and I think what made Imma_Noob think they were from Suzumiya Haruhi's club was the arm band Ryugu was wearing on the drawing, XD

Thanks for the feedback as always. Now I think I might have some remodelling to do for Takumi after all your descriptions! XD

But I'd see if I can get it done still.

On the other hand, I know the arm band's a good trick to get others to notice Ryugu's slightly obnoxious personality. ;P (Just like Haruhi, at least Ryugu not being extreme about it)

Anyone would be happy to like someone feminine like Rei. Feminine, sweet and good-natured in overall personality. Too bad she hasn't learned to drive yet.

Nah, I said ENOZ because it was the first thing that came into my mind By the way, if you're gonna do a GT5 scene then I can lend a hand.

Took me quite a bit of time to go through Gunma 34's videos...but I wonder...will the 13 Devils and Twelve Kingdoms really make it to this next project...it'll be sweet if they do..like Rin said.

Also, once again, amazing drawing as always, Rin. Those school uniforms are really...unbelievably attractive. <3

And I salute you for being able to draw guys with beard too...I cannot draw them like you did...LOL I always end up drawing someone that look like a cliche Chinese Kung Fu Sifu when I attempt drawing beards... xD

The closest thing I can do next to beards are the Yamamoto Inspired Moustache (Yamamoto of Wangan Midnight, Reina's tuner, YM Speed, That Yamamoto). (meaning, I can't do beards at all, the best thing I could do rushed is dots around the chin.

@+-!mma_N00B-+, some will be done on GT5 some on PSP's street supremacy. A huge gap between Video quality of the races but meh... there are some games that the best ones (on the best console) CAN'T provide.

Oh, we might need 12-14 more other players who're willing to be the traffic cars for GT5 (accelerate, then go on pause, let their car cruise for the rest of the vid)

To be honest, after doing a remodelling like this; I feel like I really REALLY should learn more about male hairstyle makeover for curly, wave and even long styles. LOL

Anyway, I've done all that I could to make him match your change request AMAP (as much as possible) and this is what I get so far.

Sure hope it's sufficient enough as all I did was a slight adjustment on his smile and facial expression, along with his slightly shortened haircut, he turned out a LOT cockier and arrogant-looking than I would've expected...

This looks a lot better and somewhat on par with the descriptions I gave you... although on one end, he does resemble Hayashi (RE Amemiya tuner of Maxi's Legendary FC arc with younger hair lol)

But yeah, we'll stick to that. OK that takes care of Takumi. What's next? XD

This video shows a Trueno Coupe in the game called Race Driver Grid. Think you might have this game by any chance? Oniko MIGHT have a chance to show her driving a teeny bit in this game at least.

OK. I've heard of GRID. Dunno if EB Games still has them on stock for a reasonable and cheap price... but if they do and they are not costly, I will buy it.

ANd nice work on Seiji!

Colin McRae Dirt 2 and 3 is better version of Grid, and sequel'd, And mostly, its dirt and tarmac racing but also courses and rallies. as well, as its dam good.

Dirt 2-3 for everything + dirt.

its good. and fun to time attack and replay saves with good camera angles. really good car selection, unable to customize but dam good

Its about less than 50$AUD nowadais, u probrably might find all 3 for less than 50$

Next, other than Chizuru in her nurse outfit, I think I might draw the shots or photos of Tsubasa hanging out with the girls at the school. And of course, the pictures of 1 year ago before Tsubasa graduated late. (Forgot to mention; Tsubasa actually have to repeat 2 years at the last grade due to bad attendance to school, yup...a bit worse than Akio's case if you ask me.)

Which also made Tsubasa graduated at the age of 20... ;P

If I got more time, I think I might even draw the music club's member shots with their instruments on.

Haha, I thought of naming her Yei at first...but that sound so odd, I just named her Rei instead. LMAO xD

She was supposed to have brown hair originally, but I scratched that for some odd reason since I like her hair blue better. ;P

That's actually from Rei. She has a knack of using "chan" on just about any friends she made, including a female teacher in her school.
