Well...since today my computer's still busted...I'd have to go for a manual start on Day 3 instead...now then...here goes the beginning of Day 3 Hachioji.

*Almost daylight* *Taking off right where Day 2 left off; Chizuru is seen driving her XJ220 while cruising down at the Shutoku Area at very high speed, wanting to find strong opponents.* *Seiji saw the car passed by but couldn't see what type of car it was other than the color being midnight blue* Seiji: Hmm...since we're both driving different paths, I cannot tell what car was that...but one thing for sure...that midnight blue car is travelling at a dangerously high speed...is he racer? I wonder what is he looking for at the almost time of dawn...? There's no one here to race after all...since it's almost the end of midnight...I certainly am not really interested just yet...I've my fill for driving for one night already... *Seiji said as he let out a sigh of exhaustion while driving his car at a normal pace still; ignoring the XJ220 far away* *camera pans back to the XJ220 as it continued to cruise at a tremendous speed of over 250 km/h, passing countless traffics before coming to an all-clear zone and Chizuru stepped on it further; increasing her pace on 280 km/h.* Chizuru: Sigh...how lonely...isn't there ANYONE at all that can at least spend a bit of time racing me? I just wanna do some catch up, that's all... *frowns* Jeez...all these times while I was working my butt off at the hospital...I couldn't even get to adjust my settings on the XJ220...but oh well...I guess I cannot really remember everything in my head...after being busy treating patients at the hospital for over 10 hours... Should I just call it quits? Or should I keep looking...? *As Chizuru continued to consider her choices; she noticed a red GT-R 34 cruising at a similar pace she is right now.* Chizuru: Huh...? An R34? And that car's rear wing...is it a heavily modified one? And the engine sound does sounds pretty loud compared to an ordinary R...even the exhaust is well-tuned...I can feel the burst of engine roar clearly from my seat...huh...?! There's one more car... *camera pans to the sky blue Corvette C06 Z6 cruising down just as fast as the red R34* *Chizuru's XJ220 closes in to both cars* Chizuru: Ah...nice choice...a Corvette Z6 eh? Looks like my effort didn't go to waste after all *confident smirk* *camera pans to the red R34's driver seat, showing the driver revealed to be Raymond Yamazaki* Raymond: Oh...? A Jaguar XJ220...now that's one rare Jaguar nowadays; even for exotics...he sure is doing a good job following me at almost 300 km/h...pretty good... *Chizuru started flashing hi-beam lights at both cars; initiating a request for a race* Chizuru: Come on, guys! Since we're all cruising at such speed with such nice cars for each other; why not have some fun before we went back to work?! Raymond: Oh dear...and my test-run on this demo car was almost at an end...oh well...if you wish to race so much, then...I'd be more than obliged to waltz with you on a morning dance, Mr. XJ220! Same goes for that Z6 too...! *All three cars went full-throttle and started to cruise at incredible speed down the Wangan* *The battle of Chizuru vs Raymond vs Z6 Driver commence* *camera blacks out and shows the title of Hachioji Day 3: REEMBODY

Oh...and do suggest a theme for Chizuru vs Raymond on this one.

By the way rin, check the previous page; the DL link to the CHizuru VS Raymond vid is there. 90 mb. WMV. very intense. If you have Taillight playing in the background (other media player or your ipod), play it together as you watch the replay. DO IT NAO!

and you'd might have to do some adjustments to the script based on the video (can't redo it no more T.T)

as for the theme... something catchy. Permission to select WMMT4 MUSIC GRANTED! Glory Days perhaps? XD

Well...I might do the battle scenario based on the video soon when I got more time.

I already got the battle video...sure was a helluva intense battle..Chizuru was chasing all the time and I think I did LOL'D a bit on the Z6...at the end. xP

Glory Days seemed pretty lovely...and the jazz sure fits Raymond's charming personality...

And I did it before with Tailight, was really incredible... But I think Tailight is best saved for more emotional battles.

Since the final battle already got Shiro's theme...now all that's left is Tailight.

Errrr nope. Hence why I said to make slight adjustments to the race scripts. Besides, using the script as a reference would be a pain...

I just followed the words like "large gap", "Kujira's the chaser".... ya know what I mean.

Rin, if you please? Use the edited script for day 1 as a guide and have a general-detailed guide for !mma Noob. Same goes well for the Day 2 scripts.

And what are the specific differences of the game replay with the script?

I really don't know; me and Onboy123 just ran around the track following the "general instructions".

note; if you guys can;as a retake, find some more people who are willing to pose as traffic. if the script calls for loads of corners; have more runs around SSR5 then have 1 almost traffic free go on SSR7 (still needs traffic there)

I still have both scripts in my pen drive...so editing them again shouldn't be a problem. But I do need the guide from !mma_N00B first before making any changes that are necessary (generally the battle scenes; but depending on how severe the changes are...I might have to reconsider the dialogues as well...)

Anyway, Gunma...I am sure my Day 3 start is acceptable right? I'd try my best to mimic the footage on the video as much as I can on the battle scenes.

So in the end...Raymond won huh? Or both just seemed to have lost interest on the race right after the Z6 screwed up? xD

... is traffic really that needed?

I think they are...considering Wangan IS a public area...you ought to see loads of traffic cars at night or even at midnight...but eh...I for one am fine with it, really.

Of course; Gunma did seem to have short manpower at the moment...as traffics don't generally exist on GT5 like TXR3...so...yeah. xD

just the battle scenes and cruise scenes for days 1 and 2. not the whole thing. save it under a different file name. And yeah; mimic the script to coincide with the replay vid.

The Z06 driver had the Devil Z episode 1 moment where it won't turn as it used to; like probably a loose wire or connection with the steering wheel and ended up going straight. Raymond overtook Chizuru last minute at the end of the tunnel where Raymond pulled to the side to exit on the next junction (just imagine there was a branching after the 1st lap).

That's where Chizuru lost interest - when raymond slowed down and pulled to the side.

AND yes I feel traffic is Mandatory to make it NOT look like another GT5 one-on-one cruise and to give a bit of realism to the replays.

Ah...I see.

I'd try what I can do for the edited script of Day 1 and 2, but of course; video reference would be MUCH better since I cannot analyze everything through reading alone. :/

Anyway...I got Z06's reason now. xD And I think I could create some hilarious scene for the driver in planning something that his suspension adjustment setting is failing him in the end and spun out after turning hard at one point. LOL

Or if you think mine's not nearly good enough; I'd love to hear what you have in mind.

Anyway, shall I start Day 3 script now? I still need your feedbacks on how well the start goes.

The start is pretty decent. It has a reminiscent feeling of Wangan Midnight's Episode 15 [R200 CLUB] where the cliffhanger and where they left off has the same layout as this.

.... okay, I'll try. But I'm starting to doubt that I'll get enough people to volunteer as traffic... :|

And yeah, I have to send you the replays so that you can record for Rin but I dunno if you got the PS3 already.

Then I guess I am good to go then?

Now if there are any other additional scenarios for Day 3 regarding Speed Legend original casts of yours; or about that butthead Takumi, then do share as much as you can since I wanna balance out the screentime of my characters with yours.

Especially on Seiji...since his little relationship with Takumi now sure could use a bit more of...*ahem*..."Closure"...considering we only know that Takumi is an arrogant tuner with an Evo VI and all...we should know him better through his interaction with other characters .xD

One scene for sure is: Takumi laughs at Tsubasa and his car when Raymond is taking the Ghost 86 for the body-repair and tuning.

Oh...and I almost forgot; this got me thinking...when will Katerina show up I wonder...?

And for Day 3, while test driving the Ghost 86, Oniko would be sitting beside Tsubasa, and she will give a little bit of hint on how to tame the current Ghost 86 that would surely make his driving slightly rougher than before since the power output is much higher before the time he raced Seiji.

Now Oniko is so beautifully overshadowed; that I think showing her true colors a little bit from time to time is worthwhile; no?

Other Speed Legend Characters can debut such as Kazuhiko racing (not being a journalist, lol), Midnight Cinderella & Naoko cruising the Wangan*. Takumi, as I hate to say it may have his share on races as well but not with the cast; maybe against just filler characters or unnamed characters who lose to him to show that an ass he may be, but he's no pushover.

Katerina can appear with Naoko's SW20 around C1 at night; so Naoko will have 2 debuts. Her first one is a cruise with the second one a battle. A battle of midships passing by HEAVY traffic.

The 86 will have only a small power boost like around 10% since it's an engine refresher (take note of Tominaga's words. When engines wear out, they lost 10% of their power so this tuning is just to get back the lost power it originally has). The 5-gear, 12000rpm, 300hp 86 appears on the final days and that's where its considered as final; where both engine and body tuning are complete. Right now, the 86 is at 250 current, being restored to 270, added with a AE111's transmission for drastic test-changes. His 86 will be under the 10,000rpm mark for now.

I don't mind showing some of Oniko's ability as someone like Eriko or Reina (WM comparison best fits this explanation)

*Naoko seems to fit the song "Drifting Into You" well, that can be her theme. Her second run with Katerina will feature "Glory Days" probably or whatever !mma_N00B suggests as her theme.

I even got the character sheet finalized like a couple of pages back. I can't decide about what's with her BGM though. Just something trance... ish.

Armin van Buuren's tracks from his two albums, Mirage and Imagine, have good choices but so far I'm leaning more to Armin van Buuren ft. Vera Ostrova - What if.

Ah, guess Kazuhiko is just putting his hunt for Shino aside since Day 1 huh? xP

And M.C and Naoko seen together sure looks fitting.

And yeah...let Takumi savor all the glory he can get first before Seiji and Tsubasa came and dethrone him eventually. LMAO.

So Katerina can appear on day 3? I think I'd put that into consideration for the better.

And I think the power output is not really as high as it seems huh? Oh well...at least Oniko gets to show her bit of driving "trance" towards Tsubasa to adjust his driving style accordingly anyway. xD

Btw: when test-driving the car...Oniko's guiding him from one point to another slowly; but her words seemed less technical and more...vague and cryptic. Like "act as swift as a snake on this point...etc." and "Allow yourself to flow like a clean river...let your car do the driving for you from here onwards, cleanse your thoughts and summon all your might on pressing your pedal." and such, since Oniko never really see driving as technical stuffs (which kinda explains why she always put people to sleep with her very calm and smooth driving.)

Oniko's test-drive guiding theme will be this: The Origins of the Mind (MOST SURPRISING THEME I GOT EVER!!!)

Anyway...mind giving me the tuning done on the body rigidity and how much speed can it handle? Roll cage and stuffs?

Note: Oniko's themes are all very demonic-folklore related since she is in a sense; a guardian demon towards Tsubasa (much on contrast to the guardian angel metaphor that usually implied towards a main character with the one they love)

!mma_N00B, you have the black 86 I gifted to you. Can you detail the current specs of the black 86 to Rin along with performance & etc.? Specs should be less compared to the "What is this 86 I don't Even?" 86 S.Shigeno I used in our run before. XD

The opening of the KOF Origin of Mind OST nearly got me shitting in mah pants. >.< but we'll keep less of the rock part of the song off. We wanna give Rin the mysterious jigoku shoujo like feeling to the viewer...

Speaking of Oniko... NO KASUMI X ONIKO DRAWING!? TAT

Black AE86, eh?

It has around 260 HP and weighs 836 kg. Revs at the 8000 rpm range, unlike the S.Shigeno version, which revs over 9000.

And guys please help me decide on Katerina's BGM... you have Armin's two albums there...

I have another question though, why under heavy traffic? Katerina usually runs late at night because of, err, "stealth". She rips down the Wangan like a stealth bomber. And that this Onboy123 guy has a quite a fiery temper and he said to me to tell you that "We'll run the races, you'll run the rest."

and for the record, this is the feeling I get when I try to imagine Katerina racing with Naoko or Katerina in general; does anyone know the character Luviagelita Edelfelt from Fate/Stay Night?

But I promise...on February I'd get it done somehow...my computer should be done in repairs by then.

Sadly...since I was still using cafe computers to do my work (very limited worktime really...), I can't do much but share with you all on what I have in mind from time to time.

Anyway, Jiguko Shoujo is indeed a good reference in music since the gloomy and dark instruments do fit Oniko after all....

well... 1 scene can feature Katerina gunning the Wangan (SSR7 alone, taking a junction (first corner of SSR7 leading to the U-turn) heading for C1 (SSR5, which is moderate-heavy traffic) where Naoko is and they race from there.

@Rin, I don't know. She just does. Oh, she's not snobbish at all when I played her story in Fate / read her profile.

I really like the somewhat calm trance element on What If...so I guess that seemed fitting for Katerina.

Anyway...Gunma, mind giving the settings of the Ghost 86 repaired on the body aspects? The damages were warped body, and some other weakened parts that made the car wobble from time to time (Tsubasa can control it still due to his strong willpower.) So what are the repairs and tunings done by Raymond?

I only get from Kuroi stating that Tsubasa will get an 8-point roll cage...is it true?

Oh...and I got a scene connecting...

While Tsubasa is test-driving with Oniko guiding him on some point, at the later half of the run he bumps into Jintei when he's cruising normally; scouting racers and wanting to race them until he realize that the Ghost 86 is chasing him very closely and he started to want to lose him, trigerring the BGM of Dark Side Style, after the test-driving BGM of The Origins of Mind.

How's that for a scenario of entering a battle scene?

Or reverse, to make things easier.

Besides, I don't think traffic is needed, heck I've seen something where two guys raced in broad daylight on R246 even without traffic around. It's just a GT5 fanfic though but still, it's quite a pain if you ask me...

(I went Rebecca Black on Katerina's BGM too, bro.)
