can't say for sure what they are (doing something else at the moment that I need to get off my list so I can concentrate on Viaggio & Hachioji) the repaired settings are the 86's current settings of the Black 86 I gave !mma_N00B over GT5. He can fill you in on those details. The 8-pt rollcage comes as the final tune, where the rollcage is setup like a monocoque body.
The opening is good. IT'll need a good cliffhanger in between scenes though.

I'm gonna replace those settings with my own settings, something even better. I have a better way of drag tuning, mind you...
Tsubasa's Black AE86
Chassis: - Reinforced with strut bars (even further if roll cages will be installed, but roll cages aren't featured in GT5) - Stage 3 weight reduction - Window Weight Reduction
Engine: - Stage 3 engine tuning - Sports ECU
Intake: - Racing Air Filter - Sports Intake Manifold

Bro, now I gotta tell you what Onboy123's repeatedly telling me.
QUOTE
Sometimes, a no is a no, get tough with him, just tell him the facts that plagues this traffic thing.
1. It's a task that falls on the director, him, not the actors, us. 2. A room of over 8 with players from all over the world is going to have lag issues, doing more harm than good to the final footage. 3. Unpredictability of the traffic, how can we tell if they'll just let the racers pass or if they'll try and screw the scene up?
Get him to think it through first, and for himself to organise the crew before asking us to drive. We might be able to nab DK and Nascar, but the full room is going to be down to Myogi.
Hope you'll try to think stuff over.
And Rin, black 86 stats above your post. I memorized everything.

Whoa...those settings are amazing... O.o 260 HP sure seemed pretty big for an old car like AE86...I might need to keep this memorized so I can work on what modifications done for Tsubasa on Day 3 onwards later.
[ Post merged on Jan 27 2012, 06:31 AM ] Anyway...I'd call it a day for myself today since my airtime's gone in 1 minute...I'd read everything else tomorrow~

well, there's something as letting the traffic players lead with appropriate gaps (like 2 cars each) then having them pause their games while the 'actors' per se, do their thing. There's a video on youtube that someone made, remaking Wangan Midnight which went extremely well.

Before I'll go, I'll leave a message here:
I'm currently making some forum signatures/GFX of Kyouko Sakura, a character from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. Afterwards, I'm planning to make a signature of Kujira too. They're not too fancy though, compared to those deep edits with C4D renders and stuff. I'm only into the basics and for now I'll go for simplistic designs but I'm still brainstorming on how it'll look like.
Gunma, Kuroi, and Rin, feel free to request to me your preferred SL character (that Rin already sketched and colored out).

traffic doesn't have to be predictable. Scratch that. They don't need to be predictable. Just stay on their lanes; we want to make the scenes look congested to convince viewers that there's traffic.

You'll have to do some talking in order to do that. Bro, I'm not trying to piss you off or anything, but since it's your work, you don't have to let me do the talking all the time.
So yeah, I gotta get on to Day 2 footage runs now. See y'all bros.

if i already found a PS3 of my own I guess I can do the talking; while that hasn't happened yet; you're still my spokesman to this porject. XD

For me...I think SSS Tsubasa will do, do refer the Tsubasa with yellow background.
Put him besides a panda-Trueno or Black AE86 (You like; but I prefer black to be honest. LOL)
Tsubasa has no logo, but putting the SSS picture in consideration, I think that can be his logo. (Kuroi's picture and description of SSS)
[ Post merged on Jan 28 2012, 02:35 AM ] Oh...and anyway...I am currently doing conversation between Oniko and Tsubasa during the test-run of the repaired Ghost 86 at the Haneda Tunnel before they choose to switch their paths to C1, where they will eventually find the roaming R34 that was driven by Jintei and eventually initiated into a battle.
I am also doing the conversation where Raymond is happy to repair the Ghost 86's body once Chiaki gave Tsubasa a call that the overhaul and other internal repairs are done and ready to go for the next phase tuning and repairing. That is also where Takumi will meet Tsubasa for the first time and had a good laugh from Tsubasa...horray for more Takumi's trash-talk.
So expect some "Spoiler" updates soon.
Here's SSS Tsubasa's picture btw. You can use it as reference for the upcoming sig you're making.
Also, if you can; put a quote from the picture...it's his famous line.
"The universe of racing is vast and infinite."

For some reason... at a split second... Tsubasa kinda resembled Zero from Megaman X minus the armour and his hair is brown rather than gold. I dunno if it's just me or its Tsubasa's Eyes.

MWAHAHAHA....yeah. xD
But I'd consider red as his clothing later on...LOL
Anyway...I am almost done with the Test-drive conversation between Oniko and Tsubasa. :3
[ Post merged on Jan 28 2012, 05:45 AM ] Here it is~~
SPOILER
*Haneda Tunner, 11:30 PM*
*camera shows the black AE86 cruising down to the quiet roads where there are little to no traffics for some reason...only a few casual sedans passed through at rather high speed due to the lack of obstacles...as for the AE86, it's travelling at a speed of around 240 to 250 km/h*
*Camera then switches towards the drivers view; revealing Oniko is sitting besides Tsubasa*
Tsubasa: Amazing...the feeling of the car has become quite different after an overhaul and a few tunings done to the internals...Chiaki really knows a lot of the AE86 too, other than the Porsche cars...same goes for Yamazaki-san...this body tune is amazing...
Oniko: Indeed...even from the passenger seat I could feel the car has become much more lively thanks to the tuning done. I can feel that your Ghost 86 has become really happy with everything that it has been done...I feel so refreshed sitting next to you now...it's reminiscing indeed...
Tsubasa: Hmm, but still...I need to test whether the new suspension settings are working to its best or not...shall we head to C1 after we're done with Haneda Tunnel?
Oniko: *smiles* Well, you're the driver. You decide where you want to go next.
Tsubasa: Well...I am giving you the privilege to decide the destination, Oniko...but if you won't decide...I guess I'd just go for C1 then...haha.
Oniko: *giggles a bit*
*camera switches back to the AE86 as it continues to cruise down the tunnel until it reached the exit and camera fades out*
*As camera fades back once again, the black AE86 is cruising down at C1 inbound area of the Shutoku Expressway.*
*The black AE86 continued to tackle one corner after another flawlessly as it initiated an almost zero-angle drift which allows the car to grip the road without too much sliding, but at some parts of sharp tuns the AE86 is seen oversteering a bit over the edge of the corners, making the car's recovery phase seemed somewhat unusual and difficult to cope with*
Tsubasa: Sheesh...turning with the current settings sure are a lot tougher to tame than I thought...
Oniko: Are you alright? You seemed rather nervous...
Tsubasa: I am fine, don't worry...but I really must admit that the new Ghost 86 has become quite hard to get used to...it's power output is not really as different compared to the time before the overhaul and body tune...every part of the car seemed to be able to go faster and remained more stable at some point which I thought it would be the limit of the AE86...now they're all gone...and when I drove it using my old method...it seems to react a lot slower or sooner than expected, causing me to keep making mistakes...haha.
Oniko: Really, huh...?
Tsubasa: Yeah...it's hardly comfortable, to be honest...but I think I should overcome the difficulty of taming this new car...or else the efforts that Yamazaki-san and Chiaki all together would be put to waste...!
*camera switches back to the AE86 cornering smoothly, yet after the corner's exit the recovery momentum of the car's rhythm seemed off*
Oniko: ...
Tsubasa: Sorry...is my driving getting to make you dizzy?
Oniko: Not really...you're driving really well, Tsubasa...it's just that you're still rough at some edge where you're supposed to be more gentle at with this machine of yours. *smiles with a suspicious glare*
Tsubasa: More...gentle?
Oniko: Would you like me to show you?
Tsubasa: Well...I am fairly confident in my driving...but if you know anything that I don't...do share with me, will you?
Oniko: Haha...I was so happy to hear that from you...I was so scared that you might reject me back there *blushes while keeping her calm expression*
*cue BGM The Origins of the Mind starts to play*
Tsubasa: Spare me the flattery, we're both close enough to know that we can rely on each other, no?
Oniko: Yeah...anyway, I'd try and guide you with words...you just keep your eyes peeled on the road while your ears are being with me at the moment.
Tsubasa: Sure...let it rip then.
Oniko: See that corner there? Try not to turn the wheel too much from here onwards...be gentle...and smooth...like a butterfly going slowly towards a flower...catch my drift?
Tsubasa: I'd try.
*Tsubasa turned the steering as gentle as he could while keeping a must-steering-range to make sure he came out from the exit with the best momentum recovery after a corner while entering at a high speed of 180 km/h. The black AE86 cornered very smoothly and slowly, but after the exit, Tsubasa slowly pressed the pedal again to push the speed after it came on an exact point where he can accel the fastest. The black AE86 exited the corner beautifully with very smooth and sharp acceleration and exceeds 200 km/h after 5 seconds of continued acceleration*
Tsubasa: Thanks...but I guess I was kinda lucky that I don't feel odd when doing what you're telling me to.
Oniko: Just have faith in your own skills, instincts and in my words for now...I'd do my best to guide you in handling this new machine and make sure the control is back in your hands once again. Now then...from this point forth there will be a series of winding roads...do not feel any panic or nervous feelings...just let your machine's wheels do all the driving for you. Turn your wheels gently left and right, like a raven gliding on the air southing for fresh air. Remember...do not think, just feel...
Tsubasa: Alright...here goes.
*Tsubasa turned as little as he could with the steering as the black AE86 continued to turn beautifully with little to no turning motion at all, clearing the winding paths as if there is an invisible straight path for him to go as fast as he could, soon afte he cleared the last curve, the AE86 came out with an almost ideal racing line, and exited with a beautiful speed acceleration that brings it up to 180 km/h once more*
Tsubasa: Wow...I actually did it...
Oniko: Gorgeous, Tsubasa...I really love the feeling you're driving now...it feels so natural and smooth...like a clear river rushing with no rocks blocking the path...you really are a quick learner.
Tsubasa: Sometimes I find your metaphor kinda weird...but I am glad that I manage to understand your words at least...thanks, Oniko...you really helped me a lot now...it feels much easier to drive the car now...
Oniko: Ahaha...don't give me too much credit just yet, Tsubasa...I am simply sharing how I would drive your car if I were in your position...*smiles*
Tsubasa: Say...is this the reason why you're so good at driving your own 86?
Oniko: What do you mean?
Tsubasa: Well...Ryugu and others keep saying that everytime that they sat on your car, they end up falling asleep while watching you drive...is this the reason...I wonder...?
Oniko: Haha...anyone could put their passengers to sleep just so much as you don't drive roughly...then regardless of how fast you go, your passengers wouldn't feel a thing. That's merely human nature, you know?
Tsubasa: I guess so...maybe someday I ought to use this little trick of yours to put my sister to sleep so that she won't go nagging on me for being hard on the wheels with her inside.
Oniko: *giggles* You don't really have to...besides; this is no trick...it's just smooth driving...to be honest. You already managed to do it...so if you really want to; I won't stop you...hmm?
*Oniko saw a suspicious blue car ahead of her, it was later revealed to be an GT-R BNR34 after the tailight design was seen by both people inside the AE86.*
Tsubasa: An R34...I never saw that car before...is it from another area I wonder...
Oniko: Don't let your guard down...Tsubasa...I sense a rather sinister air around the R34...
*Oniko's eyes gazed upon the R34 in front, showing that there seemed to be some sort of purple aura surrounding the R34 in her sights*
Tsubasa: Well...shall I let him go? Or should I keep going and try to overtake him?
Oniko: Haha...do you really need to ask me? You are the driver, remember? YOU decide what happens next...I'd just support you in whatever decisions you're going to make, Tsubasa.
Tsubasa: ...is that so? Then sit tight, Oniko...cuz I am not sure if I can remain as gentle as I used to when I entered battle mode. *smiles sarcastically*
Oniko: This isn't my first time with you on an actual battle; so I won't be fazed by a bit of roughness...do be gentle with your other self though...I love both of you just as much after all...*smiles evilly*
Tsubasa: ... *smiles back*
*Tsubasa flashed the hi-beam lights after he closes in to the R34 from behind, initiating a race-request.*
Jintei: What the...? Someone just flashed the lights...who in the hell...?!
*Jintei gasped when he realized the car behind him was an AE86*
Jintei: AN EIGHT SIX!? You're freaking kidding me...!! I am cruising at over 200 km/h here...an AE86 shouldn't even be able to travel that fast...but fine...heh! *Smiles confidently*
Jintei: If this is what you want...then me and my R will blow you to bits until you're no longer seen from my sights anymore...I am not known as the 13 Devils' leader for nothing...!
*Both cars went full throttle as they continued the run on C1*
*Battle of Tsubasa/Oniko vs Jintei commences*
*cue music Dark Side Styles starts to play*
Do tell me how you like it. LOL...since I am portraying a character that I haven't even drawn out yet... (Jintei)
[ Post merged on Jan 28 2012, 06:10 AM ] Anyway...next update: Conversation between Takumi and Tsubasa when he's at Raymond's tuning shop. (This take place long before Oniko and Tsubasa's conversation...)

O__O;
So at least I get to know that Oniko drives with natural instincts...but damn...her metaphor can sometimes be a bit disturbing...seeing as how even Tsubasa whom has driven the AE86 for this long; yet after the settings are done and repaired overall; he has a hard time controlling it on Wangan...
Yet with Oniko's few words of advices; Tsubasa managed to tame the car properly...
That's definitely one mysterious character...that Oniko...

I think I did mention before that my computer's busted...LOL xD
So that's kinda impossible on a cafe computer since they don't have any art applications for me to do any editing on any pics at all...sorry bro.
[ Post merged on Jan 28 2012, 06:44 AM ] Anyway, Gunma, do share your thoughts on how I made the conversation between Tsubasa and Oniko before the Jintei battle.

... oh.
God I can't think of anything, making sigs with the use of C4D renders seem complicated to me... -.-'
