lol, nice gc8, though it has a turbo, cant drive it on your L's xD
and lol, they put the woman thing in there cause they drive there cars more nicely then guys.. most of the time.., so it would be in better condition kinda, cause they wont thrash it.

Honestly, for a first car I would go with a newer model.

Older cars although are cheaper to buy, may end up costing you more in repairs and maintenance in the long run compared to a newer model of car that has reliability behind it.

My first car was a 1998 Lancer, never had a problem with it! Great car really. Cost me $17,000 back then when I was 16, but it was worth it as I never had a problem with it. Compared to my friends who ended up buyer cheaper cars and spending lots on them, some have even gone through 4-5 cars now due to issues...ouch!

Then again you may not mind the idea of spending $$$$ to fix an older car...but I know when I got my P's I wanted to be driving ASAP and go everywhere!

yepp, blackbirds right, iv spent like 2k on my car so far fixing shit, i have to spend about another 5/6k in body repairs..

to me...retro type (older) cars look better...but unless u are interested in and have some knowledge of the mechanics of those cars....u shd be better off in the long run with a newer car ($ wise)...

i mean wats the use of a S30Z if it spends haf its time in the garage?

personally i would go for 1-2 years old car cos i know i might be unhappy with scratches on a totally new car...well, dat's my opinion anyway =)
