And the blu-ray hi-def version as well, so I can see the movie in HD. Hope the movie will do great by critics.

well, as far as I know, the 'real' car...ie. the SSS z, hasn't been seen in years.
I'm excited for this movie, but personally I dont think it has much of a chance of besting the original movies. Although I'm hoping for the best. The things I loved in the old live action movies were firstly, the SSS car. Which is an icon. And real at-speed footage on the wangan. This movie is filmed by Japanese, with a Japanese cast and filmed in Japan. The photos by Chester Ng were taken in Hong Kong. The cars are kept in Hong Kong, the owners of the cars are Hong Kongers and so is Chester. Therefore is it safe to say the four cars in Chester's photos have nothing to do with the upcoming movie, other than the owners of those cars are Wangan Midnight fans! |

To say the least if this becomes like a initialD the movie which was worst then all the fast and furious movies i be very disappointed

So basically, they have 3 KAMEN RIDERS riding and driving the Z and the BIRD which is black
 this shud be seen in the movies but making its way in the phill may have a FIGHTING chance....DVD DVD anyone? haha! but seriously id rather wait for the dvd subbed ver than the movie make its way here in the country.. i dont want it to get ripped with all due respect for kodansha |

Does this movie belong in the Thriller (genre) category? If so, what type of thriller is this? I like watching thrillers.

i think this will be a good movie. i have a feeling that it will be better than the initial d movie, but i hope whoever in hollywood wants to make a live action movie based on a manga/anime to refer to this (or nodame cantabile)....i'm lookin' at you james wong!!!
