I hope fans of this movie who are outside of japan (like me) get to watch this movie, I tell you this is so awesome!

If someone was smart, they'd get the international license & distribution rights right away and get it out in early 2010 even if its just subbed and in limited quantities.

I have seen the trailers in terms of visuals the cars all look fantastic but why does Akio look a bit unmanly.

I do not recall looking at japanese teenage males looking manly but more on the femine side.

You mean Jewtube? They will most probably remove it but Google video is much more leniant though or torrent etc(countless media)

Heads up folks, just bought the soundtrack and the two "Making Of" DVDs for this film from Amazon Japan, 'cause I'm feeling generous like that. Will rip and upload 'em for y'all as soon as they're here.

Just keep in mind that the DVDs are Japanese, so before you ask, NO THERE ARE NO ENGLISH SUBS. Learn Japanese or just kick back and enjoy the awesome cars.

Hopefully that'll keep people satiated until the actual movie DVD comes out... sometime next summer.

DOHC: The first movie was f**king terrible. I watched it and was bored to tears. No way would I sub that crap. Now, this movie? We'll see.

Hey hey! The stuff arrived today. I've made regionless ISOs for the two Making Of DVDs, but since they're like 4GB each, I won't be uploading those. You'll have to wait for me to get rips, which I plan on doing in MP4 format for ease and quality purposes.

wait, so, the DVD isnt expected until when? summer as in northern hemisphere summer? so like june 2010 ?

I'm making an educated guess. For a movie that isn't RIDICULOUSLY POPULAR (SEE: Evangelion Remakes), don't ever expect camrips, period. They don't happen. Kamen Rider? Wangan Midnight? No. Stop. It took MONTHS before Evangelion had camrips and it was megapopular.

So about how long is the turnaround time between theater release and DVD release? Average is 6 months. It premiered September 12th. Add six months and that drops you square in March. So Spring, I guess, not summer.

Again, there are NO OFFICIAL RELEASE DATES and NO RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENTS so this is ONLY A GUESS. I'm just saying, if you're holding your breath, stop. You'll die before it comes out.

To everyone else, you're quite welcome. The rips will be up as soon as possible, but there could be delays as my aunt is moving into the house and my ISP is changing as well. They'll be up as soon as they can be.

If no one picks up this movie for subbing after it comes out on DVD, I'll think about it, as it honestly looks like a great movie. But lol for thinking it'll just kinda have English subs on it. Come on, now.
