It's not really that difficult to see, you'd see it instantly with the two cars side by side. All that means is that he's noticed the difference before.

...Mitsu noob here- The only difference I see is the carbon on the 8 and the... not so carbon on the 9. Is that all the difference?

Heck,Boardwalk Porsche has a '04 911 Turbo Cabrio for a few thousand less.
I think most of us would take the 911 over that,even if it has 997 Turbo rims and an automatic tranny.

yea ive seen Evo VIII/IXs together since my brother owns a IX MR and his friend owns a VIII, so i noticed the differences on the wing a long time ago. like you said its not hard to notice, if youre a car enthusiast

that picture isnt the first time ive seen Evo VIII and IX spoilers on a mazda though. i remember seeing a Mazda 3 with an Evo IX spoiler and a Mazda 6 with a Evo VIII spoiler before.

evos were just like porche for a minute, they thought lets keep making the same exact car and they will keep buying it...but they at least moved on after a few years.

thats a Evo VIII and im 100% sure of it. its just has a Evo IX rear bumper. many Evo VIIIs can and do have Evo IX rear bumpers.

not to mention your from Vancouver BC, judging by your location "CHQ" and Evo VIII/IX are rare up there since they just recently (less than a year or so ago) legalized.

They're starting to roll in now, interest in them is beginning to pick up.

However, I can't wait for the Evo IV to become legal next year. It's when the sexy of the Evo picked up.

Was bored. Saw this on a motorbike forum and LOLed.

Reminds me of how many ricers started buying NOS energy drinks, fuel system cleaners and other products and when I spoke to MANY MANY of them about it some didn't even realize that the NOS in The Fast and The Furious was actually Nitrous Oxide that required a specific application, not just bottles of the stuff poured into engines, and that their fuel cleaner wasn't instant 10 horsepower.

Or the guy who poured the energy drink into the tank of his GSX-R, and couldn't figure out why his bike wouldn't start anymore.

Sadly Im sure a few good engines have died at that, f*cking r-tards. and their going to make 2 more of those FnF things >_>

theyre still pretty rare, i mean my brother and i still get looks from people in nicer cars when we go to van. in his IX MR. lol down here evos wont get that kind of attention it does in van.

and i agree Evo IV is when the Evos started to get all sexy, especially Evo V, VI, and IX.

TME i agree is one of the best Evos, 1st place for Evos has to be a tie between VI and IX imo. but red TMEs are overrated, black or white TMEs are sexy, even the dark blues are.
