Ok - So some people like using difference CARS for battle and TA, which is understandable..

But - do you use the SAME CAR but different settings on DIFFERENT CARDS for battle and another one for TA?

If so, why?

If not, Why not?

This would be interesting to hear from everyone!

i would definitely make my main car to have the expectation i want in the TA.

My main car the R34 is used both for TA and battle. And it serve me well.

The new Z34 is for TA and abit of battle.

Ill be honest........its actually more organized for me,and it helps me in some ways,like deciding on setups for my main car for a specific course

I use my main car EVO 8 and R32 for battle and TA too.

Maybe my FC3S is only for batte LOL

1. Yes, it's useless to have 2 of the same car
2. Driver > Setup
3. I don't have any other car T_T

I say, get good at your car in battle AND ta.
Eff the setups.

i think people opt to look for both battle and ta setup in their car.
i know i do.

its kinda funny to have a car with no stars but holds world records.....

dont think its practical....

Plus, seriously, it is more effective to use an FDU car for TA. You can change your setting easily.

Why the hell would you wanna make a car for TA and change around with it... when you can do the same thing for your primary makes no sense to me.

There are no TA settings that makes your car sucks so much for battle that it will cause INSTANT DEFEAT.

true that but if the setup is too slidey then any driver would hit the walls...

I only use one car for both...Set-ups dun really matter either way cuz speedy and agile set-ups are more suited to my overall driving style which also includes battle style...
And yeah I do agree that it's kinda stupid to have 2 different cars for 2 different purposes... :\

but this is MT so i guess its different.

my current main car, Evo IX, is both my battle and TA car

but otherwise, yes, i switch cars between battle and TA depending on the course, and setup. pain in the ass i know =.=

There is no setup in MT that is THAT bad.

And another factor is money. Renames are dirt cheap these days, sure, but why waste it on them when you can use it to add mileage to your primary?
