i can actually live with a numb/loose steering wheel, cuz it doesn't shake/vibrate on the bumps.

i don't see a lot of shifter issues anymore, mostly just gearboxes in bad condition.

i really hate how frustrated people slam their shifter so much.

Well, sometimes, the shifters work, it's just that you have to slam it pretty hard to lock it into the the proper slot...so yeah.

thats not the worst ....

The worst is when the pedal is spoilt ....

spoilt shifter ... u can always go AUTO ...
steering wheel no feedback ... u can always learn how to control ...

spoilt pedal ... no matter what u do ... u will lose the game ...

Actually,both of yall are wrong

Worst is when the card reader wont work

Spoilt shifter's by far the worst one listed, but reduced/absent feedback can be worked around with considerable effort; I've never even heard of the last - the closest might be folks slamming the wheel, causing the car to gun into a perpetual turn <braking won't help>.

Running thru the rest, tho, I've encountered perpetual brakes (MT2) and broken card readers, the last by which I've known someone to completely lose their data.

So control death isnt as bad as any of them? (Like I posted before, controls just stop working for like 1-2 mins, usually near the end).

Card Reader errors suck balls tho =X

The problem is, we don't have that kind of stuff in Singapore.

What happened was that a player actually WENT to switch off the machines...

They already slugged him last time in MT2.

@Winter: It's Guni la. Hence that trick is known as the Guni-stunt.

Ditto, dude.

You know, I remember when back in the day I was complaining about a wheel with no feedback when we played in MK, and you told me that learning to play with that was a good show of mastery. You were totally right. ^^

And yeah, pedal is the worst. Even a broken coin slot can easily be fixed, at least here. Just tell the operator. :3

Second worse is a broken wheel with feedback, but improper alignment. I hate having to drive like that. ^^;

Of course I remembered! How could I ever forget the "death by Korean BBQ" night? :3

But yes, I actually love it now. I love how smooth I can make my lines when I don't have to fight the wheel in any way whatsoever. :3

Ugh, having a spoilt steering/shifting/pedals (all three) halfway through the game sucked. :\ Thank god it was Story Mode.
