Ok, Im sold on the RE-Amemiya AD Facer GT kit, I want for my car. Too bad they are hella expensive!

Yuup, maybe a little less if I go through VividRacing but not enough to make a difference. Im not going to pay $1,300 for a Fiberglass bumper that Im going to shatter everywhere in a month.

If I cant buy a replica, I guess Im sticking with FEED.

I was considering buying the whole kit and making a replica for myself, since we do a lot of fiberglass and carbon fiber work at our shop.

Just due to the fact that in drifting, shit gets smashed quick. I can't justify running the original shit.

Or order through Re-A directly when they come for 7-Stock, and from what I remember, they won't charge you shipping to the US.

I would rather keep the bumper you have on it, than go with the FEED. Seems like ever unoriginal FD owner has a FEED kit or a knockoff FEED kit.

Why would you make a replica when the replicas out there are already pretty damn cheap.

I really dont care for the bumper thats on it, it doesnt do anything for me and it need to be replaced anyhow (Mad spider cracks where the splitter bolts up to it).

I know EVERYONE has a ShineAuto Fujita Eng. kit, but I think its better then whats on my car now personally. I would like something different but its kinda hard to find a kit that isnt played out already.

I would make a replica off of the original because, it's cheaper for us to make it than to buy from someone, plus it's gonna fit a lot better. "Mass production" replica kits fit like asshole because the molds have been used so many times, warpage etc etc etc

So it's a pain in the ass just to get it to fit properly.

Never occurred to me until now, but flickr is a good source for hq car pics.
