Geo if you want a collectors/ultimate edition, then, just, preorder or put money down NOW. especially ultimate or whatever the f**k its called. I just ordered the game and the game only because I had $10 on me. THAT DAY. you guys, swear, such c*nts sometimes lol.

Long story short I've basically run out of money literally (empty bank, no bank, close account, -$0.20c, pay 20c and close kbye). today i opened 2 nab accts (iSaver, and classic) - free accounts, no fees, and yeah, its obvious what im doing.

If it still isnt then, whatever. Just wanna hit someone right now because my parens are just ... overinvolved. Like, GTFO of my life, just for one week because I'm 20, just f**k off ok?

SPOILER

Thats for the collectors edition, not the Signature Version (it just got announced).

CE vers will be like $120-$150.

The Gran Turismo 5 Collector's Edition comes with:

* GranTurismo 5 game
* An exclusive 1:43 scale collectible diecast Nissan GT-R Spec V with custom GT livery designed by Polyphony Digital and produced by well-known collectible car maker, Kyosho
* In-depth 300-page guide to cars and racing techniques written by the developers, Polyphony
* Digital GT-branded stainless steel key chain
* Voucher for five (5) DLC cars with custom livery and tuning upgrades
* Numbered certificate of authenticity Premium collector's packaging

What DJ linked is the Signature editon which is much rarer, I'll gather. From that you get what's in the collector's edition but you'll get:

This version of the game is known as the Signature Edition and the recommended retail price will be €179.99. It contains a whole host of exclusive additional content, which is listed below.

* Metal sculpted box finished in SLS AMG Obsidian Black
* Exclusive GT branded SLS AMG 1:43 model car
* GT leather wallet containing Signature Edition competition entry card
* Branded USB key with Polyphony/Mercedes-Benz trailer
* GT branded metal key fob
* Signature Edition coffee table book featuring the beautiful cars and locations of Gran Turismo 5
* 200 page Apex drivers magazine with hints on driving technique, car tuning, future technologies and more

So slightly more. But DJ, I'm not sure if we're going to get this one or it'll be an extremely limited allocation if asked...

@ Geo, I suggest you wait. I'm pretty sure there'll be a GT5 package for the PS3 where a PS3 gets GT5 bundled in.

This is what I'm talking about. (I spoke to EB and preordered this a week or two ago? roughly)

Further building on this, the manager of the "city" EB's (he runs all 4) told ME today, majority of the reason they delayed GT5 was to release it in the same timeframe as a new 3DTV (like a bundle deal). Therefore, applying said information, I'm sure there's gonna be a PS3+GT5 bundle.

Also, possibly (just me thinking here) there will MAYBE BE A "Buy this 3DTV and get a Free PS3 and a Free GT5" sort of deal.

We aren't getting that one with the GT-R model. Thats the US CE vers.

The US and EU/AU CE vers are completely different. Don't think the US is getting the Signature version at all. The EU CE vers just comes with the Apex book and a different box. Hence it's only being about that price.

@ Diviniti: The fact that you have access to the internets and are literate enough to interpret the characters you see on the screen as an indication that others dislike what you have to say indicates you're at least more educated than much of the world. Which is why it's sad that you choose to waste such gifts.

If you want the version with the GT-R model, you'll have to import it.
As for me, I'm going back to Game and changing my order to the Signature version and start saving.

jonoc - Will be in Saturday probably.

btw. Is Midnight Club 3 DUB REMIX any good?

if you want the ISO/CSO for PSP I have it.

PSP versions generally, expect the same content as if it were a gamecube version, then you won't be shattered when you see that 1,2,3,4,5 are unavailable.

Also anyone got a quick link (play-asia, ebay etc) to order Initial D (videogames) for Playstation 3?
