so im 14 hours ahead (6pm friday = 8am saturday here)

2300HP GT-R w/ twincharged GT500 V8 engine
A very smooth machine with very capable brakes and good downforce. Easy as hell to drive despite the insane speed and acceleration.

The turbo I chose led to some really severe power band issues, and the car in its current state is useless outside Route X.

Just dropped by to say,

I AM SO DONE WITH S.VETTEL X CHALLENGE.

After a year of hell with the X2010, the first Gold trophy being Monza and Nurburgring GP the next, the last Gold trophy to go down is Suzuka.

ALL THREE, DONE ON A DAMN DS3.

Platinum trophy should be a breeze from here on out.

Other than overly hefty credit payoffs on the spammed seasonal races, and course maker, and while the fixed PSN-during-replay bug is yet to be fixed in GT6, this is what GT5's still good for until May, while servers are up.

Wouldn't you rip your arms off doing the S.Vettel X challenges with a wheel? I remember the x2010s liked to jiggle the force feedback like crazy.

I didn't do it on a wheel (which I might have not done anyway), I only had a standard Dualshock 3 controller. But FF could be turned off, yes?

Heads up, everyone. Looks like PD hasn't given up on GT5 users just yet: one sweet finale to this great game.

Gran Turismo 5 Online Event Finale

It includes bonus content that you could port over to GT6.

Finished the Online Event Finale.

First event is easy enough, just drive a Roadster through the TG Test Track.

Second one is a bit tricky for me, since I haven't been back to the 'Ring in a while (which is the 24H version, btw).

All in all, with 200% bonus, 12,000,000 credits are up for grabs.
