Not my kind of anime/cartoon to be honest.
I get the art direction they want to go (more of an American cartoon like Powerpuff Girls) but the problem lies in the title and the general story. The art is meant to be targeted at 7-12 years old but the story more like +16 years old but 16 year old's don't watch this stuff because its presentation is childish.
What I see here is more of a "Don't take me too seriously" kind of anime. Its the kind where you watch it just for a bit of fun.

Unfortunately no, it's not my kind.
I like watching anime that makes me "wow" and have the effect that after watching, I still keep thinking about it for days even months. To cut a long story short, I want to watch an anime that makes me influenced for my ongoing manga project. This though, the comedy is good. (but that's it)
My favs anime are:
Spirited Away, The Girl Who Lept Through Time, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, Eden of the East, Kino no Tabi, Chrono Crusade, Tegami Bachi...
You get the idea.

Not sure if it's in the same league as the other two, but there's a higher quantity of jokes.

@Bloody_Monday seems to take this anime seriously; dunno if he has heard of the word 'troll' before... this series is simply a TROLL in itself. The anime style was intentional (troll number 1), then the title (#2), the theme (#3), the content (#4), OH MY GOD GOD MY OH! (#64) and the list goes on!
