I know lots of people rage about spawn in MW2, but honestly I had no issuses with it besides spawning on someone being shot by the AC130/Chopper Gunner. For me it had a decent mix of random spawn with a change of revenge spawn, but it always felt random. BO felt the same, althought it seemed to want to give you that revenge kill more often than MW2.
