As a first gen Vita owner, I barely touch the new baby because there's almost nothing to do on it. I have bunch of demos, Lumines, and Ridge Racer (all DLCs), and preordered Gravity Rush.

So here's the list:
1. Make it cheaper (drop it by $50)
2. Be on par with smartphone apps (eg. YouTube, better Skype & Facebook)
3. allow PSone & PS2 emulation
4. Get rid of content manager and allow free file transferring like psp
5. allow PS3 remote play (which can be done via hacked PS3 already)
6. bring more games from ps1, ps2, and psp to the store
7. greater discount on psn games (they're just too damn expensive)
8. allow various video file playbacks, it's just as bad as the psp (avi, mkv, etc)
9. start, select, and Playstation button should be below the screen like the psp so it's easier to press
10. On top of #9, move the 2 thumbsticks down so the d-pad and buttons can be bigger

Hopefully we see something impressive in E3 this year...though the media's expectation of it is not high
