The Volvo S60 was one of the worst standards in GT5.

In GT6, it still is.

Everyone who thinks there is a worse-r standard like the Volvo S60 or the Suzuki Alto Works have to think again.

Here is some Alto justice, that car is among the updated models in the game, take a look at the headlamps. Everyone just takes regard to the sticker work that was not fixed, it's GTPlanet sensationalism. And second,
don't buy the Legacy 2.5 B spec. Now that is a bad one.

Well, I just think it's a slap in the face that some cars got reworked and others didn't. As an S60 owner myself, I was very disappointed that a PS2 quality version of the car I drive in real life is present in a game released at the end of the PS3's lifespan and the beginning of the PS4's lifespan.

The game needs more premium Swedish cars, not just Volvos. Saab? Koenigsegg? Where are they?

And then randomly they added a MK3 Supra(Premium, also in GT5). Why they brought back a MK3 I don't really know. But...YAY! ...

Because it's a Turbo A, homologation model of only 500 ever produced. I'm not telling you anything you don't know, but it's 'historically important' so GT is all about adding it in.

Has anyone noticed the base model SGT cars make more power then their livery counterparts? My SC430 makes 916hp, but the base model is claimed to break 1000hp.

i feel ya, happened to me few times i like what the hell i never thought AI can do that.

yeah they are a pain ... though now ive got overpowered cars in the beginner events (680hp z32 on sport hard tyres wew) so i just screw with them, managed to pit manoeuvre one guy at the front and he took out another 3 cars

My winning combo =
1x RX-7 Type R '02
1x Elise 111R '02

Both upgraded to the max, and de-tuned depending on the event. The RX-7 can keep up with Veyrons, and the Elise can keep up with M3s or DB9s.

I came... too hard on the graphics; gameplay; etc.
Playing incognito still until my mate buys the catalogue off me to convince my folks of the "price slash" to explain why I bought it without their notice.



As soon as I got enough money for a 34 and S14K, I sold the Jazz and the Clio; left them both stock when I sold it. Should I sell the go kart I got from the License exam?

Well, on the Beginner's races, the AI Starlet tried to make me spin out at Autumn Ring mini.

There's one track in ib that you're doing like 180-200mph and then there's a slight turn/jump ...Right there, if an AI even taps you, you're off. If you try to slow down, you'll most likely spin.

Is it me or does the GT5-Premium E9 CAN'T BE GT-WING'D/WINGLESS'D IN GT6?!

Also on side note, 1009hp SC430 GT500 is badass. Just noticed the 2000GT was premium in this game and my god is it beautiful. Anyone build a Megane Trophy car? It's a total blast to drive!

Wait so why isn't there a premium version of the AE86 or the 2000gt, or the MKIV Supra? Wasn't the 2000gt like a flagship vehicle?


Just found out, top speed of the Rx-7 = 262 mph. In GT5 with the same tune it maxed out at 242mph.

The 2000GT got upgraded to a full premium.
I didn't expect that.
The MK IV / JZA80 Supra is still standard as Sh*t.
The only thing good about it is that it can be wingless - both the SZ-R & RZ versions.

The Diablo GT2 in stock is very fun to drift with in Sports hard tires, but is a total PITA to control in Racing Softs. You'd have to be totally accurate in your cornering or it'll throw you like Miley Cyrus' coming in like a wrecking ball, despite the driving aids on defaults. Fun to go sideways still though.

wow you haven't got 1 million credits, well i have 20 15th year anniversary edition cars since 5 cars is bonus (i have 2 codes as well)

I leave X2011 prototype to grind oval track for kms. I have 3500km at the moment...getting there till 12k km.

NVM that, I just got my 1m credits upon logging in.
BUt I spent that and some Special event winnings on this baby:

Also, did anybody notice on the standard Skyline GT-Rs that:
1. A lot of them have no wingless option
2. Have totally MISPLACED GT Wing placements? (compared to the R34 premium, the R34 standard's GT wing placement is TOO CLOSE to the rear windshield)

My thoughts on the moon missions.

Looks like I'm going to have to re-learn how to drift.

I heard GT5 online going shut down around May 2014. :/

I managed 5000km today. Still more to go.

The easiest still though is the power over drift in this game; but countersteer too much and you'll be facing 360 degrees multiplied or divided by 2.

I guess they want to control traffic for GT6 so they are cutting out GT5s online? Kinda lame honestly if you ask me.

And I'm surprised the AE86 isn't premium but I could care less about the MK4 Supra being premium, as goes most of Japan as well, didn't seem like that popular of a model in Japan in the end.

And yes, drifting is quite different lol.

And I had like...a million miles on my FD in GT5 any no matter what I could only manage 227mph out of it. Though my FD in GT6 is doing 264mph on it's own here in GT6 so I'm not complaining.
