Dress-up parts affect the feel of the car but it doesn't affect the overall performance. If the car is generally slow after slapping a different part on it then it's just you being high, but if it's heavy/light/slippery/grippy/etc. then you're not.

If anything, the only change in the car's feel that I've noticed so far are the wheels (then again I may be high during those times

Nah usually i dont ghost battle other region's cars unless necessary. That Z33 always pregnant with discarded, at the moment having between 65-70 cars in my collection. But it's fun lol.

Very nice looking Legacy. Imprezas' Blue/Yellow works color sticker is nice too, but I like the look of that Blue/Silver(or White?) works color sticker better.
