Try checking your PC's time. If it didn't sync with the internet time, you will get an expired certificate (or something like that) thus can't open some webpages.

There is a virus that can cause this, I forgot what virus it is.

Oh anyway, what ISP are you using? I can open both fb and google just fine.

Try clearing your cache. Maybe it helps.
I also use the same ISP and I can open anything just fine. Are you using firefox by any chance? Sometimes firefox refused to open some pages, lol
