QUOTE (vash944 @ Today, 3:47 AM) | Mi Goreng is probably malaysian or indonesian variant
Other Aliases are Pancit Canton (PHL name but chinese in origin) Yakisoba Chapchae (rice noodle nearly as thick as spaghetti)
Actually it's just soy sauce, oil and stuff like meat, vegetables and probably fish or seafood
While Nasi Goreng is soyed fried rice
Since in my case I was kinda adventurous then mixing 2 to 3 different brands of Pancit Canton to achieve something different taste... notbad.png |
Mi Goreng is actually indonesian. if you check the pack "Indo-Mie" it's a total giveaway. Then again, since both countries are literally next to each other, with Singapore being the cream of this Oreo, it's no surprise it's also a staple at Malaysia & Singapore. It's noted however, that it's more integrated in Indo cuisine than the other 2.
@Rissa:
you obviously don't know what you're talking about. They HAVE a similarity.
@vash944: mixing 1 brand with another is no surprise to me. I do that ALL THE TIME.
Lucky Me Pancit Canton + yakisoba Yakisoba + Mi Goreng Mi Goreng + Lucky Me Lucky Me + Quickchow Quick Chow + Mi Goreng LM Original + LM Sweet & Spicy Lucky Me + Ho-Mi (RIP Ho-Mi pancit. you will be missed) Yakisoba + Quick Chow Yakisoba + Lucky Me + Mi Goreng
You name it.
--------------
And Chapchae is not rice nor glass noodles but Sweet Potato noodles (sometimes called / categorized as cellophane noodles)

Here's the similarity.
THEY'RE ALL F**KING NOODLES! Instant, Restaurant, Soup Based, Fried, Dried Based, whatever.
NOODLE DAMN NOODLES. THE LOT OF THEM. ALL OF THEM. NOT THAT HARD PPL, PICK ONE AND EAT ONE! WHO CARE ABOUT $ ITS JUST CONSUMABLES. FKING TOP KEK.
meanwhile, another new topic emerges! What's everyones thoughts of TEKKEN 7? It's new mechanics is Power Crush (aka SF4's power stance attack thing.) They literally copied SF4 mechanics. And dumbing down the game to SF level. its no longer technical almost, tag 2 was too technical but tek 7. A fellow regular pro told me hes quitting tekken due to tek7. lol wat
I'm still looking forward to tekken 7. I assumed it won't be out officially in arcades til mid 2015. and Console by at least 2016.
Tekken 6 took 3-5 years to reach console FROM arcade Nyet tag 2/unlimited tag 2 ported and enhanced for consoles within 6 months-1-2.
relearning, revising my mains on tekken 6 before getting tag 2 and testing things, frames and combos and strategy based bs when its all done.
I played Tag 2 since 2011 so ye. screw you all.
