ah i played regular version (no mods) a little bit on both PC and PS3. it's quite a fun game if you have friends who will play with you and you can all work together to build a house and find resources n stuff.

then you get the ones (like one friend i was playing with) who just does annoying shit like putting lava on the roof of the house dry.gif

Pshh Lava ain't jack if you don't use wood for construction.

Worse if they fill your house with water or bedrock.

Cracked copies can play server. But the new Terramining crack is much harder to mod. crying2.gif

how do you suppose they get bedrock blocks placeable ? (talking about on ps3)

lava is a pain if it gets inside and destroys a chest full of stuff lol

What mods are you running, as a person who used a cracked version on an old laptop playing Minecraft was fun but still wouldve been awesome with more people, only in a server with 3 people at the most.

Just Forge, Optifine and Javal Cars. My initial aim was to drive Arendelle map and make a circuit of it, but then I wanted to enjoy the game in its simplest form: Survival. No mods needed smile.gif

I usually play solo all the time, don't care about Multiplayer. The moment when you have to fight the skeleton archers though... sleep.gif

Water slows you down and pushes you. Outright destroying is far less annoying than denying entry or access imo.

I didn't know MC is on PS3, admin commands maybe?

@rendy To fight skeleton archers, just run towards them. Don't bother trying to dodge cause they'll always get you.

Oblivion by Tom Cruise is an ok movie.
Not enough sci fi as i thought it would be.
I assumed it was more like, oh wow gears of war/3rd person, at least rocket launcher an alien spaceship.

Nope. turns out to be another vanillia sky style film with added sci fi and only 10 minutes of morgan freeman.

I got ripped off, $15 ripped off on dvd.

only ONE sci fi gun!

there's no admin commands on ps3 (or 360) lol, you can kick players and maybe teleport, that's about it. but yeah water is pretty annoying.

anyway on the minecraft thread in games section i posted a few screenshots from when i was playing on pc creative mode, made a rollercoaster of some sort using the minecart.

yeah with the skeleton you basically have to go up and hit it... OR if you have a bow you can fight from some range, its accuracy is pretty good though but as long as you keep moving it shouldn't be able to hit you.

Too many scifi (movies also) and fighting games I have right now.
So much time to pass and to play.

I should feel fortunate.

7 sci fi dvds,
At least 5 sci fi ps3 games, 2-3 more others on PC. wait... 7...

Dead hard drive lost my steam downloaded games.
rage.

Oh right, I got rage the video game as well. its actually not bad.

People still buy DVDs?

It is sci-fi, just not action. Not every sci-fi film has to be just like Alien or Predator or Alien vs Predator.

But you know what other oblivion will keep you occupied for a longer time?

Successful Harem moment aside,

I tried out Asphalt 8 of my church friend's tablet being played by their youngest kid... Seeing him play the game better than me, I feel like a total noob.

Asphalt 8 is horrid IMO. 7 was the best for me, it had long gameplay value and didn't feel like a freemium.

Did play Asphalt 8 on my PC months ago. Quite a time waster, had a hard time cashing in things, though. However, I did occasional online races.

Never played Asphalt 7, though.

QUOTE (The J @ Dec 13 2014, 06:20 AM)
I know this is already way behind but I Just noticed you brought this little gem up and I felt it had to be addressed. Let me preface this by saying I know Eric and XS. I will be dropping by to chat with him next time I'm in the area because we have some things we need to talk about. Comparing the RB and the 2J to the 2J and the LS1 is apples to oranges. The 2J's set up is like the RB but more refined. The LS is utterly alien by comparison and gets its power in a very different way from both of those. I know getting experience with cars is probably more difficult for some of you but this is how fallacies about cars get started- by stuff that's taken out of context and then someone who doesn't actually know or hasn't worked on the engine will say something and insist it's fact.

BTW I am also curious to read these multi chapter stories. I might just send one of my many many ties to the person whose story I enjoy the most. I'm over-encumbered with neckties and I've been trying to set up a MT challenge worthy of giving them away.

Considering you're an RB user im glad you love the 2J too wink2.gif

Wait, does he actually have a R32/R33/R34/Stagea? Not as to doubt that he can afford it, but I take it he lives in the US, where such vehicles are less than legal unless under show and display.

Or is it just his WMMT car?

Yeah definitely Sanwa ofc.

So what's everyone doing lately?

Just got mame and a game up (DOA++) and running. I used to have the game on PS1 but lost the disc.
I should get back to Tekken 6 and Tag 2 and DOA5:U (then upgrade to DOA 5: last round on steam/PC when it comes out next year coincidentally on the month of my bday, and my dad's)

I need to buy an arcade stick/ and buy a DIY arcade stick build as well which I found on ebay.
Since my old SF4 TE Fightstick from Madcatz is visually broken, due to er......

Tekken rage, I slammed the 5kg+ weighted stick on the ground and its sides broke, the entire thing still works.
Hence visually dead.

Or I could just build a new stick casing and put the old arcade stick in.

A funny problem with my SF4 round 1 TE fightstick is the PS3 model of it, is that... it doesnt work on all pcs due to a motherboard bios/nvidea problem.

Even DS3tool wont help
