EDIT: Event went live and it is indeed the Evo3 and GDB-C event. GDB-C can be attained in VP rewards. Both cars give VP bonuses. GT-R is the Top 10 prize again.

Boss Battle didn't have story chapters before, but now they're available for the first time. You need to race against the main BB characters to see the first chapter.

chance lost again eh? it's pretty hard to get thru top 10 unless you gonna blast off cans of L/S gas with nearly the whole day playing =/

Event has a midway cap, 1st week will be your chance to win the 6* Evo3. I presume the final stretch will award the GDB-C 6*.

Just noticed, the cars dont offer any bonus stats like ACC+ or GAS- now
must be because they're rolling out the 6* cars now

if so... no trollololol power on early half and trollage ensues on final half

Level cap is 51. Interesting pattern the game has to differentiate the determined and On Fire bosses. The determined boss will cause the partner boss to be On Fire, say if you beat Soma two times, Akane will be next and is the On Fire boss.

Finding it very difficult to save fuel tanks for TA but I will prevail. Also finally got my new FC to 6Star sits at 520 power stock. Not bad but not brilliant.

Ive also noticed that the older a car is, the more fuel it uses. Which is why the CRZ is so good compared to GAS- AE86

Added: Hey guys, I was thinking about creating an unofficial team within Drift Spirits, using our Profile Comment section. Just forWME users. How about it? Also then we would be able to differentiate between random people on our friend list and WME friends and their sub-accounts.

Any ideas for a Team Name? I tried Team WANGAN but that was disallowed.

It's that in real life most cars have better fuel economy nowadays, this is played straight in Drift Spirits. The Honda CR-Z is a hybrid car and therefore more efficient as it uses regenerative electric motors for the majority of the time. And yet people still overlook hybrid cars for this.

Is it worth it to use a highly-boosted part as material to enhance a higher-grade, lower level part? For instance, say I have a Gr.9 engine MAX, and have a Gr.10 engine 0/100. Would it be more efficient to enhance another Gr.9 to MAX and combine it to make a half-MAX Gr.10? Or would it be more efficient to combine the MAX Gr.9 into the empty Gr.10 as material and then build that one up?

Combine two grade 9's to make a grade 10, then max both grade 10's and make a grade 11, and so on and so forth

Tedious i know, but thats where you put the work in in this game.

I dont mind it actually, dt feeling when you shoot past 600 power doh

Internet ruined my chances of staying in the Top 10 yesterday. Need to work to gain back the progress again.

well... same thing also happened in the last 2 events wherein my ISP trolled the crap outta us... disconnecting the line from us and still billed us...

currently this month's internet is waived for their gross negligence in their part

My friend had more VP then the bottom 100TH but the last race that secured his 100th was screwed over by his mobile internet.
Made him 102 with more points than 100, and didn't get his FC...

Derp, upset he was.

Always have a backup plan... my internet at home is too derpy now... using 3G prepaid when dat happens
