QUOTE (TovarishTony @ Today, 5:07 AM)
I hate that broken shifter part either the gear doesn't change to 6 or 7 or bounces back to neutral on a certain gear forcing me to do a "God Arm" technique where I hold the steering wheel with one hand where the other one being on the gear stick.

Tell the maintenance crew to fix the shifter gate when shifter bounces just because they put it back wrong... I'm pretty sure of incorrect placement of the plastic gate cover for the shifters

I've been telling that to the crew of Tom's world and at least it took them a few days otherwise I'll be helping myself of fixing their shiet dry.gif

Also another dirty secret.... a "Bonk" to the shifter's head exact gear would help just a few bit to get it in place... if it fails ask the crew to fix the shifter assembly

Bonking below like on WMMT 3 series cabinet at the shifter area in a WMMT4/5 cabs are just downright idiots... they're asking for a neutral gear shifty2.gif

Steering and shifting on the same hand while driving?

Nah, 1 on the wheel and 1 doing nothing or on the shifter.

You telling me that's not normal? I exclusively drive with 1 hand.

I highly suggest you use both tbh.

2 hands allow faster movements when needed.

Steering and shifting on the same hand while driving? I'd say it's a cool move tho and maybe as insane than Initial D's Bunta rolleyes.gif

It ain't "God Hand" that's "One hand" Driving =P *cue One Punch man OP song*

I've been trying to drive one hand while shifting on the same hand but its pretty fun and insulting to some opponents in battle =P

There's a guy in Initial D known as "God Hand" who does the same 1 hand steering with the S2000 to the point that even Takumi practices the crap out of it.

Imagine if someone who does it on Hakone and Mt.Taikan where if he did it well then he's the real life "God Hand" and even more badass if someone can do this no hand drift like Bunta. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR5XyHtI9Ew

One time I already took the opportunity to tell the staff to fix the gear stick of one cab while he's working on the connection which the 3rd gear don't work and switches back to neutral while I drive the AE86.

I love it when rename Noobs show off to their gfs that winning against guests is 'too easy' for them; yet when I challenge them and they pick Hakone, they're nowhere to be seen for the entire race.
??????
Guys? Someone explain?

cos hakone is a shit course and doesn't belong in a highway racing game go back to initial d if you wanna play that blablabla /s

>push them into walls/cars
"ohh bro you're playing dirty thats not fair"

next race leave them alone, red corner comes and they basically suicide into the wall in front of you ermm2.gif

Finally finished the challenge stage? More or less you've raked some wanted races from certain kids using bandwagon cars but lost horribly rolleyes.gif

I completed the event (leaving extra stage) on my Z34 at 80+ cars that was with some wanted wins

Hmm... it seems going for ghost wins at 500 wins per rank up is the most quickest way to go SSSS

The first time I did the event, after I think was my 5th roulette spin 2 in a row, I just got up and left lol
Total add up from another machine set was 97 wins... I only had like 2 wanted wins, time of play doesnt have much people at location

Im gunning to hit 500 ghost wins and 1000 japan wins at the same time for that double jump to quad S

Had many battles last night. Won 3 battles, lost once.

2 battles out of 3 were tag team. Last night win built confidence for me to jump into tag team again

Also, completing all of 3 stages of recent ghost battle event. Got steampunk nameplate on my Chaser. And got Australia nameplate for my R33.

Yesterday at TZ G4...

--First session after 2 weeks (friend + lovelife duties kept me out last weekend)
--9'09"857 Metro Kanagawa with M1 (can -0.2 because I lost that much in CP4 with slow red turn exit)
--Countach now 1st Grade Pro
--1-0-2-0 in 830 HP 4-ways with Countach

Not too bad I guess, considering I didn't play for two weeks...

Journal: My last chance to get atleast the tachometer at the end of challenge stage 2 and I got it. Better than no tachometer at all where the last one was too bright I think.

WMMT5DX+:

After five successful stages (the Indonesian name plate in S1, the yellow Steampunk stamp in S2, the Steampunk name plate in S3, the green Steampunk stamp in CS1 and the yellow Steampunk racing tachometer in CS2), finished Challenge Stage 3 (leaving endless Extra Stage) and earned another Steampunk racing tachometer (this time, it's green) for Miyuki Shiba's Mahouka BlueBird RuF RCT with 127 in-store car wins and ranked up to A9. =)

Played some battles just to dispense my remaining tokens from the event(it makes my bag heavy on that) and internet connection fail again where after the continue screen, I got kicked out and even worse the other cab got the bana on even though we did at the same time but I only get a guest car which is a mood killer to play as only had few tokens left.

Add the fact that my worries in real life added a bad run for me as I tried to vent it out through racing.

WMMT5DX+:

for nearly 2 weeks of not playing WMMT, for my personal reason of being too stingy (and adding up spending some on Drift Spirits) and decided to play a bit yesterday and today with here's the lowdown

- trolled some fishers who challenged non FT'd car and get all the stars = check stuart2.gif
- snag all the crowns on that playarea in one session = check
- finally won a battle against a tactical jammer/blocker in its own play style using a 4 gear car = check

Cars used on battles are all 4 gears namely JZS161, JZS161-Taxi and JCESE, while on crown smashing using SVX... playing 20 credits today was well worth it rolleyes.gif

Either I feel so rusty or lady luck still giving me her shining finger on me for being too lucky at this point... and yes lady luck dances and gave me her answer
SPOILER

Journal: I'm currently suffering a burnout for WMMT after the costly event which I spent too much in a single month last December just for a tachometer is ridiculous.

One day I went to an arcade that doesn't have WMMT so I ended up playing Initial D Arcade Stage 8 and I get to like that game more than WMMT these days. Problem is the arcade staff here doesn't know shit about the latest arcade games as I did ask the staff of Timezone about the possibility of Initial D Arcade Stage Zero with the Aime cards which I heard the same banapassports used for WMMT were also compatible. I doubt they were also aware about WMMT6 but the arcades need more variety with not just old games but add the new stuff like IDAS Zero and WMMT6 instead of sticking to the old stuff and bootlegs.

It's been a while since I visited the forums. Still up with the same old. Playing MT once a month and spending most of that time finding an optimal line for my Wangan crown. Also been consistently getting 53"04X in TAs in Westbound. Currently grinding the Z34 dress up for that sweet swan wing.

Nice to be back here boys.
