i need some help guys, my wmmt 3 album disappeared after i transfered to wmmt5dx and making my volume to max in the settings. I tried to change the bgm back to wmmt3 but realised it wasn't there anymore

Methinks you better check the "WMMT3,3DX&3DX+" option, the probably cramped the BGM lists |

Yep after 5dx, the soundtrack you get for 1st loop is "10 outrun". Now you want 3dx+ soundtrack you need to finish 2nd loop. |
