Yeah, I did....but I've forgotten about it already since, and I saw someone revived the thread up....and I remembered this story...

once i was racing so friends & i lose & was like damn & stuff but later i realize that i was using my gdb-c which had 6 gears & i only went 2 5th the whole time & i 4got i had 6th & i even told the staff dude the i think the machine was not working right

During a battle in Yokohane, I'm leading the race. Others are tailgating me closely. Then I accidentally crashed on the edge of a divider and instantly all slowed down while I speed off after gaining "a 0km/h to 290km/h in a second speed boost" from the 2nd player...

I won the race and everyone was like WTF!!! <rant> <rant> <rant> <rant>... XD

lol. thats why you dont follow behind the leader blindly. =D

The funniest thing that happened to me was..
I'm battling this guy with an RX-8, and when we're about to pass the C1 divider, he's trying to ram me to the right wall, so i rammed him back to the divider (yeah, R34s ftw) and his car just flew up to the sky, and everyone just laughed their asses off.. LOL

funniest and mostly "unfair" race i've experienced
I challenged a JZA80 and an evo8 @ osaka
since it's boost on, my advantage on them is less than 10m
on the last meters of race (@ 1st red turn ramp of osaka)
they able to elude my blockings and...
i lost to a merely advantage of... -0m

funny yet embarassing... lol

When i was playing,
a guy came and the guy inserted the timezone card to the wmmt3 card slot
rather than inserting credits to the machine

Then when the "Do you have a card "thing appeared,
the guy keeps inserting his timezone card to the wmmt3 card slot

if he didnt insert coins, how can he reach the insert card page?

i guess its one of those arcades were you have to recharge your card and use that as credits like a gameworks or powerhouse.

timezone=slice ur card in that card reader thingy

The person inserted the timezone card first to the wmmt slot
then,he swipe his card to the timezone machine and then
after he tap the gas,the "Do you have a card"thing appeared
the guy keeps inserting the timezone card to the slot

But if he kept inserting the card into the wmmt slot... he wouldnt have gotten it to start at all... and he wouldnt be SWIPING the card...

playing MT1, soon as i completed it, the credits came on .. BOOM! Power Cut!.. i was like .. , the lights came on after like 2mins, the machine was making a weird noise, the card came out blank i was like

then i realized that the ink doesnt really do anything, with it being magnetic, so i put it back in and it was fine but still, one of the scariest times

yer i remember racing this guy. He had an RX7 FD and it was only 640HP so I tuned my 740HP (at that time) all the way down to 640HP. lol it was wangan, cos my GTO isnt fit for hakone. So we were goin pretty even and near the end i sped off and then he caught up and then when we finished it was 0m +. I won by lik a few centimetres but it said 0 metres and the dude was like WTF?! and left humiliated. HAHAHA I was laughing my arse off and continued with storyline mode.

Yeah I was playing at timezone on the weekend and some asian chick sat down at the machines to play too.
She swipes her timezone card and when it comes to the "Do you have a card?" screen. She swipes her timezone card again.
And again.
And again.
One more time.
Wait one more...

I swear she must have swiped it about 5-6 times before she just went to 'No'.
She played one game then left o_O.
I wasn't watching after that so dunno who got to play lots of free games ><
But it was pretty comical. I dunno why I didn't say anything... Probably should have.

Played Ghost Battle with my Mazdaspeed 6. When I checked the Revenge list, I find these:



Yep, a RX-7 GUEST car (totally not tuned) beating my MS6's fully tuned Ghost, in Wangan, NBL, and C1. Now unless that one gets a card, shouldn't it be unable to play Ghost Battle? Still, unless my MS6's Ghost was really running out of whack, an untuned car would have almost no chance of beating it. Needless to say, I beat those ghost cars to pulp.

when i was in Hong Kong, i was playing with a team member from HKWCS~~
then couple noobs that aren't full tuned (they were C5; the guy from HKWCS was A something; i was B8) and they started playing against us~
in the end they lost, and kept trying to beat me and the HKWCS guy~
HAHAHAHHAHAHA
i always laugh to myself; thinking why would someone fish a world record holder~~

i think those were called "glitches"..
a FT car who defeated your ghost were replaced by an N-Class GUEST car, i think.
i dont know the reason behind it..
also happened to me.
