Do you wish to race rain in the highway, I don't think so, although rain racing is appear in the orginal series, but NAMCO haven add it yet, so wet condition will be available in the future I think......

What do you think?

Yeah wet in Hakone is fun (I not care much though), but in Wangan???

the highest hp will be somewhere between 740-780.... too much horsepower will be your doom on a rainy Wangan line

Yeah, rain could F**K up the graphics, your speed, control/handling, etc...
Besides who would want to get banged up by a van doing over 315km/h on the Wangan, Yokohane, Osaka, and drifting on Hakone?

I still think it would be a cool idea.

Maybe something like on the vs battle screen if both players hold down the gas pedal it turns on rain or something .

Cool Idea, but maybe make it so it doesn't affect your car's performance =P

Oh come now. Rain would make the races that much more fun. Most other racing games have it. Why not Wangan Midnight? Trust me, it would make powersliding that much easier on simple and medium turns, although the sharp turns would be a bit of trouble.

Hey, don't underestimated Namco in the graphic department. They do good work.

Personality, I'm not too fond of rain battles in other games but you can't really ignore the elements... they exist <.<

I'd be up for it. The only problem is that 4WDs would then have even MORE of an advantage, and it would be a really big advantage. If it was implemented they'd have to make sure the physics engine accomodates for the imbalances.

That will be a very good idea in fact.

I think we will only run 200km even in wangan line, 120km for C1, original series does no have snow btw.

Is not a bad idea, just add another 40-60hp more to ur car to n it will become wet condition driving style, try it urself, except for wangan line n yokohane:)

If Namco can put in the metro highway as an option for battle, I guess another 12 minutes battle in Wangan line or a 11 minutes in Yokohane isn't a big deal.

Snow driving and rain driving is awesome. Go play some Midnight Club 3 and it'll back me up on my conclusion. Slap in Snow, Rain, and Wind as environmental effects for WMMT4, and we've got some of the best racing conditions on the planet. You wouldn't believe it, but slick roads make for better turns if you start the turn early.

I think you should just make the snows and rain for decoration... not actually affect your performance....

Snow was introducing in ID3 as well.. somehow that didn't last.. ID4 no snow..

imagine 200km+ on snow !!
