What do you like to be brought in in this next installment?

For me:
1. DU for R35/R35V & NA1
2. Minimap (Probably will never happen)
3. Bring Porsche to replace RUF or as a seperate manufacture?
4. Rest of the story mode from 3DX+ (Also most likely will never happen)
5. Yamate Tunnel towards Ooi JCT

I would like to point out in my point of view:

1. I doubt that R35 will finally have the DU parts (due to the licensing issues), but most of the Hondas (NA1, S2000, S660...) should have the access to the DU parts.
2. The export mech. in general still didn't have minimap, I think it's time to have one.
3. I rather see both Porsche and RUF as the separate manufacturers in MT6 for 2 obvious reasons; (1) it would be real hassle (or troublesome) for those who already had long progress, if Porsche replaced RUF in which the reset of the entire progression (mileage, trophies, outrun stars, DUs; basically everything) will be happened; and (2) personally I would like to see more RUF cars in the game (1st-gen Panamera based RXL, 1st-gen Cayenne based Dakala, and CTR3).
4. It would be cool for those who just touched the game.
5. Not just that, but also from those which featured on JPN MT5 (which removed on MT5DX).


Personally, I would like to see more DU parts (especially BBS wheels which featured on Drift Spirits), new makers (Ford, Cadillac) and more new cars (especially the non-Japanese).

I really hope they still have Toyota in there, because with the whole Forza and NFS incident I'm worried they're just going to pull their license from all racing games period, unless Namco is better able to negotiate with them...

how about letting us mix n match our own front n rear aero parts

I would like to see any Suzuki cars in this and also I wish the future US release will have International Ghost Battle like in 5DX+ Japan and Indonesia version.

mini maps an old thing lol, like that was mt3dx+ kinda thing and it was gone when mt4 came out

truth is every new version has something completely new modes (dx and dx+ doesnt count as new versions, those are add ons):

mt1 just had story and TA

mt2 they add outrun

mt3 came ghost mode with change of dress up parts (mt1 and 2 u only get that when u renew your card)

mt4 came online ghost

mt5 add the short lived extreme mode

mt6????

there might be possible that they had added real time ghost battle (like initial d), while the reason why i say that is because mt3 had add on verisons (dx and dx+) before releasing mt4 (cuz they were setting up servers) and mt5 has done the same thing as well

but all this was just my guess and so far i have only been right on the new modes

If only the staff at the arcades know about the latest arcade games where I did ask someone from the arcade stuff(Timezone) about Initial D Arcade Stage Zero and they don't know shit about it.

4 player ghost battles. Was anyone expecting that?

A demo will be exhibited at JAEPO 2018 (Feb 9-11), and more features will be announced then. They're apparently giving out WMMT-themed Umaibo. There's also a blog post available on the current (5DX+) site, though the info's basically the same.

The concept could be the same as of the real battle mode....
Maybe what matters would be the Payout (Maxi G)

What could be really sure right here, would be during JAEPO, new info regarding new feature would be seen.

But I am intrugued by said new Aero of the demo cars.....

i also wonder what will happen when they run out of ideas for new modes, cuz adding new cars, maps and parts would be like add ons lol

sure you can suicide into the wall but if it bends your front axle and your car doesnt drive straight anymore, was it worth it?

Pretty sure it will change the flow of the game and it will be good against those brute burners unless if those rammers have a great weapon against players =/

SOARS just posted a picture from an unknown source on their Youtube channel. Maybe Porsche is really coming?

Buff all the cars to avoid the stagnation of the meta. As much as I like the 32s and Evos, I think they've held the spotlight for far too long.

If I was spot on, both Porsches from that picture are 718 Cayman and a Type 991.2 Turbo S. IMO, Porsche will be more likely to co-exist alongside RUF than replace it according to the picture, only if Porsche will eventually be making debut on Wangan.

Still, talking about the car list, it still lacks of some iconic muscle cars...

Quite so.... bring in Ford with their Pon.... err... Mustang... especially the 69 'Stang GT and the 05 Boss 302.... cuz me no likey 15-17 GT fastback

The rest of the Ford lineup is either Ford GT, Escort and some classics

And also dem' old style Dodge challengers

Think of Ford. I'd rather see a Thunderbird (1st-gen), maybe with some Battle-related titles with the C2/C3 Corvette. Haha

Just a guess, I think Dodge could be adding to the lineup with old/newest Challenger.

Wouldn't mind at all to see the new R8 or the 3rd Gen TT RS

just wish I can get my hand on a F10 M5 or the F87 M2....
