QUOTE (XLiDoKrAzEeX @ Yesterday at 3:09 AM)
if you do that too much, the machin ends up breaking, i raced a kid once and beat him by 500+ with boost on and at the end when i finished, he banked the steering wheel hard to the right, and the yellow "call attendant" screen came up and he couldnt get his card.. haha

and for the flashing lights, its just for people who wants the.. "Passing Guy" title

pshcyo..could you be a bit more specific on the squigly turn? or are you referring to the S-turn where you hug right, then left, drop, and drift out? cuz if you're referring to that S turn and coming out @ 270+.. thats friggin fast.. everyone only comes out @ 250.. so my guess is that you're not talking about the S-turn.. and the yellow turn after the S-turn.. all you gotta do is tilt the wheel lightly an drift out, and when u come out..hug the left wall.. dont turn too much, my exit speed is 290..pm me and ill help you out.. i have a pretty fast time on osaka 3'50'280

... how do you flash the lights again? blink.gif

Another one:

*A WMMT 2 card transferred to WMMT 3 card, but did not finish 1st Story Mode yet, What will you get??

*If your ride did not finished 1st 20 stages in WMMT 3 and got discarded, does discarded card function the same as a WMMT 3 card that finished 1st 20 stages??

PS: This Deserved to be PINNED. Perfect for WMMT 3 newbs.

No, if you didn't cleared out 1st 20 stages yet, it won't be a discard, it will be useless...there's word "used' printed on it...

WMMT2 to WMMT 3 transfers work like this. If u transfer a MT2 card at, say stage 25, the MT3 card will also be at stage 25 with no rewards except for a new body colour, i think. The only time you will get a reward is when you transfer a fully tuned unshaded MT2 card to MT3. The reward for that is a racing meter, which is basically a cooler looking meter with a useful function which tells u when to switch gears. Like the whine from the rotary engined cars, only this is visual.

This question is in reference to WMMT2 and WMMT3. If say someone clears a level of the 10 opponent outrun without an "S" rank, like, say with an "A" or a "B", is it possible to retry the run to get an "S" rank??

doing fine and dandy, till i picked the wrong machine to run on...
no 3rd gear, no 5th gear.

My new card ended up getting shaded, soooo.
heres a question for y'all...

if i get shaded..

shaded and unshaded doesnt mean anything in mt3...
defeated and undefeated, however, is another story...

if ur shaded the 1st time through story, if u redo story mode again and finish it undefeated, it will be unshaded

Yes.

I don't know why they havent changed this in the FAQ, I stated it several times.

"if you lose twice, it will become permanently shaded" is false. No matter how many times you lose in x number of loops, you'll always start with an unshaded card on your next loop.

If you go undefeated during any loop of story mode, you will unlock the midnight R ost and your car will be PERMANENTLY UNSHADED from that point on, even if you lose the same race like 10 times.

If we are unshaded at the first 80 stages,
could our card be shaded again?

Yes, if you decide to play story mode again after beating it already, and lose, you will become shaded.

In WMMT2
I use an UNSHADED 815 HP BNR32
and accidentaly I lose on
the story mode .
It wasn't unshaded.

Is It will not be shaded after losing but not yet shaded will
stay unshaded in wmmt2?

Any loop, meaning the whole 80, or 20?

Sry, never quite understood the FAQ part.

Its messy on this.

Right, so lets just clear this.

If i finish story mode round 1 shaded,
then i start round 2 unshaded, then i finish it unshaded,

if i loose after that, it doesnt matter?

It does means some though, like MT2 unshaded cars they got extra stuff probably next time unshaded mt3 cards will get something extra.
