haven't gone to gameworks yet, but I'll try to make it (not familiar with the bus yet)

I used to play in Seattle gameworks.......But I went back HK for summer holiday....
I will go back to Seattle in September, so hopefully I will meet u at gameworks~~~

***OH by the way, gameworks still have MMT2......they dont have MMT3 yet.....xD

lol. seattles wmmt3 scene is DEAD not much players, except me and EDD!E and 5-6 other ppl. yo rupert, im comin up this thursday and stayin till saturday.

alright i will try 2 make it how about friday in the afternoon (i am suppose 2 pack 4 my trip)

RIT_ninja: you moved to seattle form taiwan? wow..seattle's arcade scene is boring. gameworks only had wmmt2 and newest machines is ID4, they ordered wmmt3 hella late so we're gettin them in mid sept from what i heard from employees. like eddie said, there is wmmt3 machines, but theyre on the outskirts of seattle and take 30 min bus ride from downtown. and the machines are a piece of shit...BTW where do you live right now? just PM me if you wanna go to gameworks(id4,wmmt2) or we can go to ACME Bowl to play wmmt3. whats ur ID4 name?

well, is Gameworks getting the upgrade kit or new machines?

I think I'll FT another car on these MT2 machines, 50 cents a game, pretty cheap in the US (not as cheap as Taiwan though, about 30 cents a game, 10NT)
hopefully unshade and get the cool tacometer I never got

btw, can someone give me the address to the shitty machines? lol
like, the nearest street and ave so I can take the bus there...

P.S. how much does it cost to play the shitty MT3?

Oh u live around lake city....thats easy, just take the 41 to downtown LOL......
The arcade that has WMMT3 is called ACME Bowl.....Well its a bowling place, but they hv WMMT3, ID4. Both game cost US$1, forgot cost for cards......xD
u need to take 150(It goes to Kent, via Soutcenter) from downtown.
When bus tunnel is closed, catch the bus on "3rd & pike".
Catch the bus at the bus tunnel(at the "southbound" platform) when the tunnel is opened , it takes about 30 mins to get to southcenter......
So u get of at "Southcenter Mall", go across the road(u will see the "California pizza"), walk pass the pizza place, u will see a mexican restruant, a mobile dealer, a sushi restruant......u walk pass the mobile dealer and u will see ACME......

***u sohuld ask BNR34NISMO to go with u, hes been there many times.....

50 cents isnt cheap, theres ways where you can play for 3cents a game at gameworks...eddie would know, we do it all the time... but im not gonna be in seattle until sunday because going to to richmond BC and playing right hand drive/left hand shift machines. i love those machines..lol even the ID4 machines up there are left hand shift..and gameworks said they BOUGHT wmmt3 machines so its not gonna be an upgrade kit. dude lake city is pretty close to where eddie and i live...you can just take the 41 and meet us at the northgate transit center when were going to play wmmt3.

Sure they wont just upgrade.....I guess those machines have been there for years.....and messed up badly LOL.....

Well hopefully they get MT3 by the time I get back to U.S.
I dont wanna touch those machines any more, well probably only a few games using RIT_ninja's 3.8RS xDDD

I used to hv a GDB and EVO6 from MT2.....I kept them on purpose so I could play MT2 if I wanted to.....
One day I was in an arcade(in HK), I was bout to transfer them to MT3.....But I couldnt find them anymore....Lost them somewhere....=/
So I dont hv any MT2 cars with me....Well I got one "used" card: My very first unshaded card, the R32

I have a 3.8rs discard (able to make 2 copies )
the original (or cloned) tokyo SSS my friend gave me
and another 3.8rs I had back in MT2 (not full tuned, made from discard)
they're all black

btw, I raced some dude at gameworks, he had a yellow 3.8rs, but he didn't have a discard, but someone who play there ought to

btw, I can get to gameworks easily from University Way, so, I might show up there sometimes. I won't be living in Lake City after this week and I'm going to Houston next week, I'll be back around 9/7, then we can go play at ACME

P.S. is the shifter in ACME on the right or left?

gamewors WONT get RHD machines, closest place i know that has RHD machines is vancouver BC. lol but hey, a LHD machine is better than no machine..timecard is different from normal credit (money for certain amount of points) play.

sure...but ima be out of seattle until the 21st of this month. gonna be going to new york..after that im pretty damn sure gameworks will get wmmt3, unless theyre being the slowasses they usually are.

I don't trust arcade's words

my old arcade said they're getting IDV4 since 2006, up until now they're still giving excuses like "the manager has cancer", and I wanna say "screw the manager, get the machine". Anyway, the arcade's nearly dead b/c they have last gen arcade machines (DDR extreme, Tekken Tag, IDV3, no wangan, Time Crisis 2, soul calibur 2)

lol yea i know what you mean. gameworks just got ID4 like in march/april of this year...and EVERYONE was askin for wmmt3, and they still didnt get it. i asked the staff, they said this summer, now during summer they say september, and we still dont have it...

hopefully if we get more ppl to play, they'd get one...
btw, I'll be back this sunday, is anyone in town?

ill be in seattle until friday sept 12-21. going to NYC. hopefully they will get the machines by the time i come back. the staff said fall 2008.
