So apparently, the transfering of data from 5DX+ to 6 for the JP version will WIPE ALL DRESS UP PROGRESSION ARE YOU KIDDING MEEEEE
Hopefully that doesn't happen to us too but that is unlikely & all my hardwork getting FDU for 11 cars will be gone *sobs in a corner* Why you do this, BDNC........ |

so it says on JP MT6 SITE there seems to be compensation for this, including MX-5 ND, a full-tuned car ticket and 2 new cars? my Japanese not too good, so can anyone translate? |

That is to replace the Terminal Scratch thingy currently running in Japan Versions. The mechanism is that you use the number the total Maxi Gs in changing those cars for a Full-tuned ticket so you can have a 600HP S130Z, 500,000G for an Ultima...etc |

hopefully if they can add a newer ghost vs similar to JP challenge or even bring it back dat 10 outrun =P
Story mode runs will be even bloodier or back to 3DX+  Owell.... gonna play more on Z34 now just enough to go SSSS8  |

Same thing, for those who don't know, any variants of R35 will no longer be using the 'stepping' term, instead it will finally showing tuning setup like how many HPs was used on certain occations. |

So a Taiwan site just translated it, to clarify: those are indeed compensation for removing maxi g system, and Scratch Ticket feature will still be intact in MT6 for JP maxi g will be replaced by points:  Image size reduced, original size: 700 x 395. actually both team and .net service will be deleted. The.net thing is to be replaced by an app the 200,000G ticket thing is actually for a full-tuned car. |

I saw that there was some confusion online regarding the new requirements for the racing meters, so I decided to have a check myself. There's a note at the bottom of the relevant page on the official website giving the rewards for clearing stages:
* VS mode free continue ticket (on reaching full tune) * Special BGM (on clearing stage 100) * Racing meter (on achieving a 100 win streak). The note below that seems to indicate that the 100 win streak no longer needs to start from stage 1, but the machine translation is unclear, so I verified this with a third-party source (the wikiwiki.jp WMMT wiki), which gives an explicit example - a player who loses on stage 42, then wins stages 43 to 142 would receive the meter. This'll be a bit of relief to those who were worried about having to wait until the start of a cycle after a loss. |

I've played this series for literally more than 10 years since MT2. Looks like I'll be quitting for good since Dress Up is going to be reset. Just going to play the "free" version on my PC once in awhile to scratch the itch. |
