this is more like a relaxed, non-serious thread.

so i was thinking like, what names that can be used to make a car unique? or, maybe use names to troll others?

UNIQUENESS
there are many, such as B.BEE for Camaro, AKIO for S30, and CROSS for Corvette ZR1.

TROLLING
from my observation, names like GUEST can be used. this most basic name makes it have tonnes in MT4's online battle database, from various country. even my friend who want to ghost search my car GUEST couldn't find it, lol

back then, mostly used names are blank name (spaces). this also can be used to troll people in MT4, where you must put full name in order to car search. others may not know how much space u put in your car's name, since it cannot be seen, right? maybe one, maybe two, or maybe five.

so, any other opinions?

I'm pretty much guessing it's how you name your car and why you named it?

like mines for example I used characters from Touhou Project on majority of the cars

Suica for example my R2, I named that R2 because coming from Suica Ibuki is a short Oni, thus nearly giving her an exact car for her

Tewi, since naming it from an Aristo, by her temperament she's a bit trollish bunny youkai and it seems fitting to that car, however Gold is an understatement tho since she gives luck or takes away luck for that matter

I usually name my cars by random names, sometimes by anime characters too. The characters are based from Initial D(Bunta for the GC8, Kyle(english name of Kyudo who drives the Emperor E3), Kai(Kai Kogashiwa and his MR2) and well, Fairy Tail(Happy-R33(based on colors, I'm sure Vash saw it), Fro(Frosch, CTR), Natsu(Natsu Dragneel, R32)). I pretty much got more cars named the same way..

That's pretty much part of my imagination. Also, some random names I made are Helix(Legacy B9), BW450(Evo VI), Lance(Evo X).

I've seen a lot of ghosts that are anime-inspired around MT4 (from Asuna ghosts to Yui ghosts). So I played along. XD

My MT4 R32 is named FNLND, a five letter form for "FINLAND". I was thinking of how I should name it, use the international two letter name code, or the three letter name code, but I felt like covering all the name spaces.

I'm thinking of making a "DENMARK" car so I am thinking of naming the car DNMRK.

My cars have various names depending on my taste or other intent:

ENLIL - part of my current screen name (hence a lot of my cars have it)
KITT* - given to my Supra JZA70 due to its striking resemblance to the original Knight Rider car (which was a Pontiac TransAM)
akuma - Team car (Evo 8)
PLG@S - named after the comic book character "Polgas" (the smart dog in the Filipino comic "Pugad Baboy", given to my MX-5)
Trax - named after the Autobot Tracks from Transformers G1 (Corvette ZR1)
MR·T - named after Mr. T (MR2)
SK00L - "School" (the Mazdaspeed 6 training car)
BOKSY - "boxy" (RX-7 FC)
6DZ1@ - "Godzilla" (GT-R R35 SpecV)
UGOFF - This guy (S30Z)
BHAWK - "Black Hawk", think of it as a "sibling" to the Blackbird (RUF RGT)
nyaa! - Japanese way of pronouncing a cat's meow (Z34)

JAMMY - long story short, this used to be an affectionate nickname someone gave me. >.<

NYAN! - Japanese way of pronouncing meow, much like enlil's nyaa!

Also have some fixed name cards named JR - they used to be owned by someone who has a junior beside his last name, now it stands for the first two initials of my name. :3

Continuing on how the naming of my car goes with wiki characterization link:

Tewi [JZS161] - Since pink is out of the question and probably chose Gold instead also signifies good fortune and her powers of granting good fortune, usually a trickster at heart (character reference here)
Rumia [GC8] - since the current color of this is black, a fitting name for that car (character reference here)
Keine [UCF10] - actually choosing a larger car for her with green color would be a fitting car to name for her but in her horned being form (character reference here)
Suica [R2] - acutally Suika Ibuki as her name comes from a watermelon, a fitting car for her size but not in her powers tho even shes an ogre/oni (character reference here)

EX-D, eX-D [GDB-C, R35/R35 SpecV] - as the naming goes it's probably dedicated to a car themed anime character designed by Kosuke Fujishima (the guy who draws Aah! Megamisama, and a mecha freak at heart because he draws motorcycles, guns and cars very detailed)

Here's my list of names I had before I lost all my cards because of burglars took all my stuffs and my wife's....

Celia (Evo 8) - Based on Valkyrie Profile's character (Celia, Kashell, and Arngrim)
Elise (Evo 9) - Based on "Fur Elise" by Beethoven
Velyn (FC3S) - Thinking of the name "Evelyn", but dunno how to put it, hence, Velyn
Emily (BNR32) - Thought of this name when I was watching "Lie To Me" serial drama
Vesta (Evo V) - Part of Asteroid's name (Ceres, Pallas, Vesta, Juno)
Ceres (BNR32) - The same, part of Asteroid's name
Saint (Z33) - Thought of the names back in MT2 when I was trying to make a great Z33 and got a black color, and somehow, "Black Saint"
Lydia (Z31) - Named this car after thinking of a "petite" and likable car
Lucia (FD3S) - Based on Dante's Inferno's DLC : Trials of St. Lucia

...and many more, but can't remember all the names...

But most renames, I just put blanks... Just my 2 cents...

I usually just use one name for my cars but I do use other names for other reasons. Here's all the car names I have so far:

Luka★ (Z32) - Megurine Luka, my favorite Vocaloid

Reisi (R34) - Reisi Munakata from the anime K
Seri (FD3S) - Seri Awashima, another character from the anime K
